First, despite a slowing market, Paige set the market for the high price of any comparable house on the market. Second, I know what great service looks like since my mother was a realtor for 30 years. We were blessed to have Paige's experience and skills in this transaction. Here, typical of many transactions, we encountered some issues prior to closing that could have potentially derailed the transaction.
