The sale of our home in Bellaire, TX was the second time we used Paige as our Realtor. Our experience with her the second time was the same as the first. She kept us informed through out the process and even advised us to walk-away from a potential buyer because of her concerns. A Realtor that would pass-up a buyer to protect their client speaks volumes about their integrity. I would not hesitate to use Paige Martin again for any type of real estate transaction.

Paige and the Houston Properties Team are heaven-sent. We have lived outside The Loop our entire lives and was very intimidated by the idea of living within central Houston. Knowing there's going to be an adjustment period for us, Paige was sensitive enough to steer us away from buying a property within the busiest parts of Inner Loop. She didn't care that it took us longer to decide, we can tell what matters more for her is that we find the right home. We couldn't be happier with our new home here in Montrose! Paige and her team did an absolutely outstanding job selling our home. I can say this with authority for a couple reasons. First, despite a slowing market, Paige set the market for the high price of any comparable house on the market. Second, I know what great service looks like since my mother was a realtor for 30 years. We were blessed to have Paige's experience and skills in this transaction. Here, typical of many transactions, we encountered some issues prior to closing that could have potentially derailed the transaction. Here, Paige and her team worked closely with the Buyer's agent to keep the transaction together. I've been in the real estate business long enough to know that not all realtors could close this transaction, but Paige and team did. So, again, my highest recommendation to Paige and her team. We are very pleased.
