About Paige Greenwald

Originally from northern NY, I moved to the Charlotte area in 2015 as I completed my Masters Degree. I have been a full time agent in the area since April 2017. Since then, I have become a top producing agent with my firm year after year. I have obtained my Seller Representative Specialist designation and pride myself on my tried and true, 100% effective pricing strategy for my sellers. I am a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, a Performance Management Network designee, and one of my most prominent designations, a RamseyTrusted local professional (Dave Ramsey approved based on a myriad of business accolades). It was always my plan to help families, though I never knew it would be through the world of real estate. I have helped first time buyers as they moved through the process of their biggest investment to date. I have helped children of clients who I helped downsize in the past. I have helped clients relocate to this area I love from out of state. And I have helped many investors build their portfolio. All in all, my mantra is simple: Relationships. No matter who I am helping - a first time buyer, a retiree, a family member... they will always have me in their corner. Without the trust of my clients, and my deep commitment to serve them, I would not be where I am today! Our relationship does not end when you purchase or sell your home. I am a forever resource to my clients as they navigate all that the future brings.

Paige was so wonderful!! I would recommend her to everyone!! She was right there with us thru all of it and was so positive and encouraging during our house search!! She also helped us find a rental when we moved back to NC from KY. It was very hard to find a place because we have 5 dogs and chickens but she did it in a day! And we didnt even meet her face to face until we moved back to NC. She came highly recommended by our daughter and son in law. She is the BEST!!
