Paige is an incredible resource to anyone wishing to sell their home. First, she has a background in interior design and her insight on what was needed to be updated, changed, and improved was invaluable. As a real estate agent, she truly had her hands on the pulse of the current market. Our home was unique and over a certain price point, however, she handled the marketing of our house in such a way that when we were ready to sell. she had five or six candidates waiting to see the home. It was truly seamless and without anxiety or stress. (The opposite of what we expected). I would highly recommend Paige Gary. Mrs. Paige was absolutely wonderful & made our home buying experience the best that we could've ever asked for! Being this was my wife & I's first home, we were very wet behind the ears &, frankly, had no idea what to expect. What I loved most about working with Mrs. Paige was that it was very obvious from the start that her focus was on the CUSTOMER not the COMMISSION. Before even starting the home search process, Mrs. Paige took the time to learn about US, who we were, what our goals were, & what our plans were for the future. Only then did she begin to look for homes based on her expertise of the area, realistic longevity of the home for our needs, as well as finding a home that fit our "style" without compromising our budget.
