ZillowVERIFIED Paige was great! She was patient and reliable. When we made an offer on our place, Paige gave some helpful advice- for example, we included a photo of ourselves with our offer. I REALLY think that made the difference, and I wouldn't have thought to do it otherwise! Our offer was accepted among 6 on the table. We hit a few bumps in the road to closing and ultimately ended up switching our lenders 2 weeks before closing, however Paige stayed constant for us and helped keep us positive (and sane!) the entire time. It was a stressful process because our first lenders proved to be unreliable, however Paige was a constant and supported every decision we made, and we ultimately closed on our first home. I would recommend her highly, and utilize her services again in the future for sure.

Having been out of the real estate market for that long, I was relying on my agent to guide me through the process and advocate for me. My agent was recommended to me by a friend and she far exceeded all of my expectations. I had planned to do a significant amount of mainly cosmetic work on my house and she confirmed most of the work I was planning to do was worth the time and money. She added a few things I hadn't thought of and told me a few things were unnecessary. All of which proved to be correct decisions. She laid out a timetable on when the house would go on the market and exactly what would happen in the next week and a half, ending with several offers well above asking price. I had not contacted an agent yet and I thought the home inspector would probably be able to recommend one and he only gave me one name, Paige's. I contacted Paige and she met with my wife and I to discuss the sale of our house. She was very professional and said she would provide a market analysis in a couple of days. We met with her again and she provided a very detailed description of what we should list the house for. We decided to list with Paige and she was very helpful in the sale of our house. We received multiple offers and she presented them to us with a recommendation of the strongest three offers. Paige made the whole process run smoothly.We also bought our new house through Paige, she has great local knowledge of the area and provided valuable insight on each home we saw listed, so we were able to only go to open houses for homes that would work for us. She also recommended a lawyer and a loan officer and we were very happy with them.Paige is a true professional, real estate is what she does and it shows. She had quickly (within a few days) sold the house across the street from me and I had seen her sign on a lot of homes that were selling quickly. ZillowVERIFIED Sold for 252K in Tewksbury, bought for 467K in North Andover.Paige helped us both in selling as well as buying a new home earlier this year. I should add we'd put off moving for years in part due to fear about how complicated and unpleasant the experience was likely to be. As it turned out, with her skill and support it wasn't nearly as horrible as we'd expected - we found a house within a few weeks of starting the process, signed a purchase agreement within days, got our VA mortgage approved much more quickly than we'd expected, and closed on the new home within three months of the day we first sat down with her in our living room to discuss our plans. As for the old home we sold it within 48 hours of putting it on the market - for more than what we'd asked for - and closed on it exactly two weeks after closing on the new home.Throughout this complicated process Paige was calm, professional, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and immediately responsive - meaning typically within minutes, via phone or Blackberry - to any concerns or panicked questions we might have at any time of day or night. We never felt pushed by her to make any hasty decisions and her judgment when it came to assessing properties, buyers, sellers, or fellow negotiators was invariably correct.
