She has the inside scoop on all things Baxter and found us the perfect home before it even hit the market. She then turned around and sold our rental property and Brayden home. Things weren't always easy - imagine a pipe leak on the day of closing! No problem...Paige had someone there to start fixing right away, kept the buyers calm, and even bought them a new fridge to help seal the deal. When we were out of town, her husband. George, would come to the house we were selling and blow off the front and back patios and make sure the house was "show ready." Paige "knows a guy (or gal)" for everything from pressure washing to cleaning to painting to handyman services. Both my husband and I work long hours and loved that Paige's team arranged all of these services for us and managed the communication/schedule with various vendors. This is a full-service team but also just all-around great people who are very active within our community.

ZillowVERIFIED My family was transferred from CA to the Charlotte area. I flew in with 1 of my sons and went to a few Open Houses just to get a feel for some of the areas we were looking at. We met Paige at one of those Open Houses and felt an instant connection. We met with her the next day and knowing we were only in town for a few days, she wasted no time showing us houses that did not fit our exact criteria, and even had a lender meet us at her office to help us with our time constraints. She took time to help me with not only the house, but schools and other criteria I was looking at, and she got to know my son and I very well. Paige and her team worked around the clock for us and our offer was accepted the day we left to go back to CA. After that Paige and her team worked with us remotely handling our inspection, repairs, and everything else until we moved a few weeks later. She truly did "walk us home" and I recommend her highly.
