ZillowVERIFIED Paige Bird is extremely rude, when she did answer my phone calls (which wasnt very often), she would talk over me and not give me a chance to talk. She insisted that we take the first offer even though we didnt like the first offer, i contacted her broker and we had a three way party call and Paige still continued to talk over me, i tried to fire her and she refused to let me get out of her contract. Had we known then what we know now we only had to refund the photography fee to fire her, when we sold the house she accepted a postdated check for the ernast money dated for after the closing of my home, knowing full well this check should have been deposited into escrow, had the buyers backed out they would have been out nothing except a cancelled check fee, while i took my house off the market and could have lost the house we had an offer in on. Paige is an awfull realtor, i had to give her one star for this review to be published, she deserves negative stars, DON'T USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, HORRIBLE REALTOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
