ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure working with P. Henry on the purchase of our home on Holiday Island. He identified a property that we were not aware was available. We were out of state buyers and he did an excellent job of keeping us updated and recommending local resources Overall a great experience and would recommend him if looking for a home in the Holiday Island/Eureka Springs area.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry showed me numerous houses for about a year until I finally decided on one. He was very patient, and answered any questions I had. He always responded quickly to my messages or calls. Even after the closing, I have reached out to him with some questions and he provided me with the information I needed. He is a very kind man as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry represented me as the buyer on this sale and he really went the extra mile to help me as an out of state buyer. The seller was difficult to work with but Henry put in the time to make sure we got the best deal we could. He arranged for a perk test of the property and met with the tester personally onsite to make sure it was done where we needed it. Did everything he could to help us, couldn't ask for more.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry helped us through the whole process. We are grateful for his expertise in the Eureka Springs area. He helped us from the beginning, finding the right house, buying it and then checking periodically to see if we needed any questions answered after our purchase. After several years our situation changed so we ask Henry to be our realtor for the sale of our house. We live 3 hours away and he helped us with every aspect of the sale and preparing our house to go up for sale. All in all it was a very positive experience. Thank you Henry!!! Kevin and Debbie

ZillowVERIFIED Henry did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond what I expected from a real-estate agent. His attention to what I was looking for and his expertise made the entire process easy. The property I purchased was about a two hour driving distance from him. He had no problem making that trip on several occasions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry?s responsiveness is far beyond any experience we?ve had with a realtor. He not only quickly responded to our questions and concerns, he also provided local insights and local connections to us throughout the buying process. When we were ready to make a move, Henry was lock step with us to make the paperwork happen quickly and efficiently through electronic means. We only have positives to share about our experience with Henry, and have already worked with him again to buy a second property. We?re so thankful to have found Henry for our NWA real estate needs. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion, Henry Thornton is the best realtor in the area. Before I contacted him too help me with the purchase of a new home, we had contacted and worked with several other local realtors. We found that a lot of them lacked knowledge of real estate and ambition to work for their clients. We?d wait days or weeks for return phone calls from most of them. But Henry not only has years of knowledge and experience in the area and in real estate, he returns every phone call, text message, and email, quickly, and is easily accessible. He will get the job done and will do it quickly and with integrity. He goes above and beyond for everyone involved.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor Ive ever had. I know I was fairly high-strung, but he stayed calm and patient. He not only told me I was in good hands, but proved it by being there whenever I needed him. Hes not just a good realtor, hes a good man. It seems to me his motivation is to help his customers thrive in happy homes. You dont see that very often nowadays. A true diamond in the dessert.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry did a great job guiding us through the process of purchasing our vacation home! He has a vast background on Eureka Springs realty, and he helped us find a great place we would have never found on our own. He helped us along every step of the purchase, and even when we had some hiccups along the way, he professionally guided us through to closing. We have purchased several homes through the years, and I can honestly say that Henry provided the best experience with a realtor we have ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED Henry Thornton is awesome! I had no idea what I was doing, and he walked me through every step. He even helped me avoid a few mistakes along the way. His local knowledge of Eureka Springs and the surrounding area is quite amazing...he seems to know everyone and they know him. After the sale was complete, Henry even offered to share a meal with us and help us set up the property. I couldnt have asked for a better representative, and I do not hesitate to recommend Henry.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry has bought and sold three houses for us. Each and every time he has been so wonderful to work with. He is so knowledgeable about each property we?ve looked at, as well as the buying and selling of these properties over the years. We are out of town, so we depended on Henry to lead and guide us, and he did without a hitch or worry. He took care of everything for us. He will always be our realtor when we need one. And even above that, we made a great friend. I recommend Henry without any reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant begin to put into words all that Henry did for me when he recently sold some property for me! Initially, he met with me to discuss options and continued to meet with me and guide me through every aspect of selling my property. He has a vast amount of knowledge of the area - he was very thorough and was able to expertly craft a deal that was very satisfactory to both myself and the buyer. I could not be more pleased with Henry and his kindness and professionalism and very highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling property in the Eureka Springs area - he is absolutely second to none - absolutely the best of the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been looking for an investment property in the Eureka Springs area for over a year now, and Henry has always been available to show me properties any time Ive been in town. I flew in for a few days recently to see one of his listings, but it wasnt quite what I wanted. Then at the last minute (on the day of my departure), I came across a duplex that interested me. I worried Henry wouldnt be able to show it to me because it was a Saturday and I had very limited time left. But Henry jumped into action and wasnt the least bit concerned about his weekend being interrupted. We had a rough time contacting the listing agent and setting up a showing, but Henry was dogged and persistent, and he succeeded in getting me in. I loved the place, and Henry (knowing I was in a rush) was ultra efficient in submitting an offer and handling everything quickly and smoothly. I cant thank him enough for being so accommodating and for working tirelessly around my schedule! Henry is definitely a top-notch realtor, and I would highly recommend his services. Hes professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest and hard working. He has great response time, and if he doesnt have an immediate answer to any of your questions, hell do the research and get back to you promptly. He knows his industry, knows the area, gives thorough information and sound advice, and has excellent referrals and contacts. He was a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate the ease with which he handled my transaction. Many Thanks Henry!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose five stars for Henry because he was everything we would have needed or could have wanted in our real estate dealing. He was on it immediately when we called him, and he arrived shortly thereafter, ready to take us to see a home that we made an offer on that same afternoon. He was efficient, especially when it was needed dealing with the county probate court, but there was a counteroffer which we asked Henry to offer an intermediate amount, and the sale/purchase was made. All-in-all, the whole dealing went very smoothly even with the extra time involving the court. Then after our purchase Henry was on the spot with helping us with any needs to complete our move-in.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very pleased with our experience buying a home in Holiday Island. We moved to NW Arkansas from Denver and Henry was very responsive and knowledgable about assisting with all of our out-of-state transactions. He went out of his way by cutting his family?s vacation short to help us find a home when we were faced with a short time frame. We highly recommend Henry Thornton if you are buying or selling a home in Carroll County Arkansas.

ZillowVERIFIED Henry went the extra mile, from the showing of houses to walking me through the financial aspects of home buying. He also put me in touch with a local banker, without her help I would have never been able to buy the property. His ability to manage a lot of the different aspects of real estate , not only made the process more relaxed but through his continued efforts made it possible for me to get my house. Id feel confident in recommending Mr. P. Henry Thornton to anyone needing A real estate agent. Henry definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. D. Elmendorf

ZillowVERIFIED Henry is a really great realtor. He patiently worked with us for over two years in finding the right house. We are very difficult buyers and very demanding in what we expect. Amazingly, Henry stuck with us and help us get our dream home. We are so thrilled and lucky. If you want a realtor who will work hard, respond promptly and move fast to get in your offer so you do not miss out then Henry is the one you should call. Also, very good at the paper work so our whole process from offer to close was smooth. We have bought ten houses and this was the smoothest process of all.

ZillowVERIFIED I didnt plan on leaving a review but after seeing all these positive ones I began to wonder if our experience should be shared for perspective. We had Henry as a buyers agent when we first moved to Eureka. We saw a property he had listed and allowed that to lead us into working with him to look for a house. We found the house we wanted to purchase I put own. But, since Ive nearly always used a buyers agent we allowed him to represent us. He and the sellers agent worked at the same brokerage. The two shared private information about the seller with me. This was clearly a breach of the sellers agents fiduciary duty to his client. Both agent kept talking about how many deals fall apart at the last minute around here. This nearly happened to us. The sellers learned from us at closing what we were told and they shared what they were told about us. Buyer and seller wanted this deal. Realtors nearly messed it up more than once. The police were called at closing when seller very strongly expressed their dissatisfaction at the both realtors. We fully agreed with sellers upset. Both should have lost their licences over their inappropriate actions and comments. It looked like a lawsuit was in order.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Thornton, Henry was the best! He gave my wife and Me the confidence we needed, as we had never sold a home before. We met personally once and the rest of the time we would communicate over the phone. I was concerned at first but in no time Henry called to ask us questions and then he called and informed us of what was happening and he listened to the opinions of what the prospective buyers were saying and there concerns with there mortgage companies. Henry stated of top of every aspect of the process. As a result, we sold the house in a very short time. To add one more thing this was a small town and in my opinion not the hottest market. Henry still came through.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found our dream house through Henry. He was very patient and helpful in the finding process, spending an entire day taking us to see multiple houses and sharing his extensive local knowledge. Throughout the sale, he was in constant contact, helping us find local contractors, surveyors, home inspection experts. He helped us iron out details while we negotiated the deal. He even helped us get an agent to help us sell the house were in now, 500 miles away. Even after the sale, we have had numerous questions and Henry has responded immediately to every request. It would be impossible to overestimate the service or the comfort level Henry has provided throughout the entire process. My wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have met Henry.

Once we had a sales contract, Henry provided much pertinent and helpful information to continue through to closing.
