ZillowVERIFIED Ozzy Lopez has been the best realtor I have had the privilege of working with. Ozzy has a unique way of combining his professional knowledge and attitude with a personal, friendly touch. He made me feel like I was a partner instead of just a client number. He kept me informed during every step of the process. He answered ALL of my questions, and when it came to decisions, we made them together. If you want to be treated like a friend and not just a client number, I highly recommend Ozzy!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the best opportunity to work with one of Ozzy's team and her name is Cindy. I have bought and sold many houses in my lifetime but I was extremely pleased with the service I received. This was gonna be my second home so I was not in Vegas fulltime while trying to close the deaL Things came up and she was always there to assist and meet someone at the house. She had a great list of professionals I could use to make adjustments to the house. She kept the lines of communication open via text and email. She was always one call away. She knew the city and was able to pick out properties that met my requirements. I felt I did not waste time as my time was limited when I did fly into Vegas. Not only is she a professional real estate agent a super genuine person. She was not pushy at all. She was supportive in every way. IF you are considering an amazing realtor, give her a try. Ozzy, you have a great person on your team. Bob

ZillowVERIFIED Ozzy and his team were fantastic. They were very prompt when asking questions about the home buying process and they explained every step very clearly. Looking for homes was easy once I knew what I wanted and was looking for. Their website for listed homes was easy to use and was very up to date so I never was worried about missing a home. His team was very helpful through the process even when dealing with a less than ideal home lender. I will definitely be using them again when buying and selling my home.

ZillowVERIFIED Team Ozzy, Thank you so much for your help with buying my first home home using my VA loan. You made the process simple and easy to understand for me, and I appreciated your patience and expertise. From making a video explaining what a contingent offer is to getting my inspections/closing done, it was all a smooth process. I liked the fact that we can sign everything virtually and I can have copies as well. Your insight was extremely valuable to me and I don't think I could have done this without you and your awesome team. I will definitely recommend your services to anyone looking for expert realty services in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ozzy back in 2020 to purchase our home when we moved to Vegas from San Diego. He definitely went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. It took a lot of time and multiple flights into town, but Ozzy always made time for us. This year, we decided to move on and could not think of a better person to help sell the house than Ozzy. He and his team worked diligently for us through some tough real estate and interest rate set backs but never gave up hope and guided us through some difficult situation and decisions. We prospered in the end and finally sold the home. We are saddened to end our working relationship with Ozzy and his team but so thrilled that we got to work with them. We 100% recommend this team for your home buying/selling adventures!

ZillowVERIFIED After a long and bumpy road to sell our home, Ozzy and his team were with us every step of the way. The teams consistency, determination and expertise is what really brought us to a close. It was inevitable the house would EVENTUALLY sell but perhaps not as quick or as smoothly if we had decided to work with another company in Las Vegas. It truly helps the process when you are working with people who have a sense of humor and who are on the same page. THANK YOU OZVEGAS CREW!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ozzy and his team are the best! He helped us find a condo 5 years ago and made sure we got a great price. Now we have sold our condo and he made sure we got the best offer. He is extremely knowledgeable and guided us to make sure we knew what to ask for our condo and we got several offers. We ended up selling for more than we asked for because we trusted his advice. I highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't have better words for the work Ozzy and his team (Victor & John) do! They're a well oiled machine with the purpose of either getting you into a home or selling your property. With the crazy market, I was a bit intimidated by buying but Ozzy was there to make sure I made the right moves as a first time homebuyer. From the time I placed an offer to when I signed, and even prior to that, Ozzy was present every step of the way. To me, there's nothing more important in taking such a huge step than having clear communication. You won't be making a mistake by having Ozzy on your side. I look forward to working with Ozzy and his team in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED I do not know what I would have done without Ozzy! I had had moved to a different state and could not be present for any of the movements necessary in the sale of my home. Ozzy and John did EVERYTHING! They made this such a stress-free process for me. I cannot imagine what I would have done without their help. They fully had my back on everything. From the first phone call where we assessed my goals, to the negotiations that came between buyer and seller- everything was handled with grace and my absolute best interest in mind. I cannot recommend Ozzy and his assistant, John, enough! I only wish I had more homes for them to help me sell because now I do not have an excuse to text/call them anymore. Truly such a JOY to work with. Thank you both for EVERYTHING!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers and Ozzy and John made the whole process really easy and straight forward. We were buying a home from across state and we were able to find and choose a house within 1 weekend and got our offer accepted in our first attempt. Any questions or concerns we had about the process, John was there to ease our mind. Ozzy was there to educate and strategize every step of the way. Even after closing they've stayed in touch to make sure we're happy in our new home. Ozzy and Victor were also the first to welcome us and celebrate us into our new home. Overall, we're so happy we chose team Ozzy for our home buying needs. Thanks guys!

ZillowVERIFIED Ozzy Lopez Real Estate was amazing!! They were on top of things through the sell of our home and kicked it into high gear when it came to the purchase of our new home. Ozzy made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Ozzys knowledge of the market and strategic planning helped us reach our goals on both the selling and buying side. He made himself available to us by phone, video conference or text to answer any questions we had. He also made personal YouTube videos to give a detailed breakdowns that we were able to view when it was best for us. Ozzys assistant John was very helpful with keeping up with deadlines and scheduling which was key for the smooth transition from selling into buying. Ozzys buyer specialist Victor was very knowledgeable of the market and provided a lot of great insight. When it came to looking for properties Victor and John were on top of scheduling viewings in most cases the same day. Victor was very patient and accommodating to our busy schedule throughout the whole process. The home that we ended up purchasing wasnt even on our radar until Victor suggested it to us. Thank You guys for all of the hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for a real estate agent that can deliver, then this is THE team for you! I have just sold my house in California and looking into properties in Las Vegas. I wont exaggerate when I say I am extremely picky, and things that I want in a house always end up to be must-haves. Ozzys team was referred to me by the agent that helped me sell my home. Still living in California, there was a high level of difficulty looking for the perfect property on a tight schedule. But having Ozzy, Victor, and John with me during the process made it so much easier, not to mention fun. Ive seen so many houses every weekend for about 2 months, and I always have Victor to accompany me, Ozzy to provide guidance, and John to expedite the paperwork details. I made many offers to purchase houses, and with the hot LV market, I was extremely lucky to get 6 of my offers accepted. I'm finally about to close on the house that has everything I need AND want. This team did not ever disappoint me, they always made sure to respond to every little thing I ask for, and they saved me a lot of money with their negotiating skills. It was such a pleasure working with them, I'm already reserving them for my next house hunt. This is a team of real professionals who will go above and beyond. They have set the bar high, now I'm spoiled and I cant have anything less.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my house and we had Ozzy and his team helping us throughout the whole process since this was a first for us. Ozzy and his team where always there for any questions we had and I loved that they always kept us updated with everything. Not only where they on top of everything they also where safe and caring of me and my family. Since I was pregnant and really close to my due date they made sure ahead of time I had many options incase I couldnt make it in to sign my closing documents. Truly the best experience with Ozzy and his team I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

He is very knowledgeable and has great experience working with first time home buyers, which was perfect for us. He responds to calls/texts/emails instantly. Ozzy even took time out to create detailed Youtube videos explaining the process and important documents. You can tell he is passionate about his job. I reached out to Ozzy from a referral, few days later we already had homes set up to view and at the end of the day of our house tours, we already submitted an offer. FAST is an understatement. Ozzys diligence is just phenomenal. If youre a first time home buyer or on your 2nd or 3rd home, 20/10 recommend Ozzy Lopez as your realtor! ZillowVERIFIED Ozzy and I began a home search in May of 2019. I finally settled on a place in November of 2019. That is a long time for an agent to stay with a customer, especially if the customer is as picky as I am. Ozzy was always upbeat and always accommodating to my needs. Ozzy made some big sacrifices for me because he cared and wanted to see me happy. He does his research, and never holds any information back. He is a true professional who has that personal touch, which is hard to find in many realtors in this area. Without hesitation, I recommend Ozzy Lopez!
