His guidance, patience, and expertise made the entire process feel smooth and manageable, even when we felt overwhelmed with such a new journey. ZillowVERIFIED Otis Sutton is the perfect Realtor for us. We will definitely use him again. We recently purchased in a seller's market. It was difficult after getting out-bid on houses way above their worth. With his knowledge and expertise of the market, Otis listened to what we wanted, gave excellent advice and accurately set expectations. He was always prepared, punctual and detailed. He stopped us from making mistakes out of desperation. Otis is focused and responsive always working in our best interest. He helped us partner with other great professionals in the industry for funding, inspections, treatments and closing. Otis is patient with a calming effect from beginning to end. This great Realtor gets our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!! My Realtor Rocks!

ZillowVERIFIED Otis helped us during a very difficult time. We had to sell our grandparents home, as they wished when they had both passed on. With everyone having high emotions, we couldnt see how it wouldnt take months to carry out their wishes but Otis was patient, understanding, professional and kind. He kept everyone up to date and answered questions promptly, even sometimes late in the evening. We felt prioritized. He took time to walk everyone through the process. He attended the closing. There were no surprises. There are many things that I could point out that sets Otis aside from the rest but in summation, he was a Godsend. We literally thank God that Otis handled the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Otis came highly recommended by a colleague but even that glowing report did not do full justice to the extraordinary level of service, dedication, knowledge, and expertise that I experienced. Purchasing a home in a new and unfamiliar area can be daunting, but Otis confidence and tireless effort made the process nearly stress-free. He is patient, open, transparent, and reliable. A perfect match for my Type-A/ borderline high-maintenance personality. I highly recommend choosing Otis as your realtor!
