ReviewOscar did amazing job not only to buy but to sell my property for anyone new to the market or even trying to sell Oscar is your guy, I would highly recommend. Oscar has good communication throughout the whole process for example he would reassure me on what was happening and if I was confused about a topic he would explain things in a way that felt so easy to understand and he is very professional on how he handles the whole ordeal, he wasn't sloppy or careless, and most of all he cared for what I needed.

Review Oscar Colato is an experienced realtor whose been in the realty business many years. Years ago, he was my realtor when I bought my home. Oscar was always professional, excellent about answering my questions, and communicating and working with me to find a home, even while I traveled out of state. A few months ago, after living there 14 years, I contacted Oscar to sell my home. Again, he and his team provided the same excellent professional service. Within two months of contacting them, my home was sold and the sale closed. I highly recommend Oscar for realty services, whether buying or selling!

Review He is an individual that compliments his organization and is willing to give 100% of his time looking for what we were asking for no matter if it was 117 degrees outside. Was always in good spirits never making us feel like a burden to him. I can't express enough what a great experience as first-time home buyers he made it so easy. I've heard of some stories from other home buyers and they weren't happy endings. Thank you Carlos for putting us in our Home Sweet Home

Review Oscar assumed responsibility for a rental I owned and had need managed by a rental company. The property was, left in complete distruction that included a pet urine odor. Oscar never asked me for any payment until closing. Oscar is very knoledgable and experienced and has access to a great crew/ team that he has established a smooth working relationship with.I have bought and sold a lot of houses over my 68 years and worked with many agents, Oscar is literally the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Review We can't say enough great things about Oscar and his team. We were out of country sellers and had no idea what we were embarking on. Oscar went out of his way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Stepped in whenever we had a problem and made us welcome whenever we just dropped by (usually in a mad panic about something). We absolutely recomend him and his team. Al and Charlene Swanson

Review My girlfriend and I, decided to move from washington state to pheonix, arizona. We were put in contact carlos lopez of remax. (Team colato) We knew nothing about the area, just wanted someplace warm to live. Carlos was very proffessional, very knowledgeble and patient. I am very picky about customer service, i rate him 10 out 10. I feel he enjoys his job and it shows. Always puts in best effort for customer satifaction . He helped us find the house of our dreams and helped us understand the ins and out of this unfamiliar town. It is rare these days to find someone who takes so much pride in thier job. I highly recommend carlos and team colato. I wish him great success in the future.

Review If you are a first time buyer, Oscar is very transparent and takes the time to explain the process and your options. Before we even looked at houses, he sat us down and explained the different types of loans as well as all other components of buying a house. He and his team were quick to respond and schedule viewing, which helped me get the house that I wanted. He has a team of people as well as connections to other businesses that allow the process to go smoothly. I barely had to lift a finger (other than to sign an extensive amount of documents). I would highly recommend him.

Review Oscar and his team are very persistent and tackle the challenges of selling your home in professional manner. He thinks about the big picture to where they give you your options to choose from and give you the best outcome based on reality. There are times potentially that may be stressful while your home is on the market and his team works efficiently to make sure you get the most exposure and best outcome possible given the housing market. It was a pleasure working with Oscar and his team. I would recommend his expertise for this community and any city in the state of Arizona.

Review Oscar was recommended to me by a mutual friend and from the very beginning of my home buying process Oscar was extremely professional, reliable and hard working. It was very easy to work with him because he is extremely knowledgeable and also very responsive to texts, calls and emails. He has a lot of experience selling homes and it is evident by his knowledge and his network. He made buying a home very, very easy and made sure to have my best interest in mind during any negotiation about the home during the buying process. I would HIGHLY recommend Oscar to anyone looking to buy a home. After having dealt with other real estate agents in the past, I only plan to work with Oscar if I purchase another house.
