ZillowVERIFIED From the moment that I contacted Orna until the transaction was complete I felt taken care of. Orna understood right away what I was looking for in terms of location and price range and didn't waste my time with other suggestions. She was available at all hours, even weekends, which was incredibly convenient for me. I don't live close to the apartment so Orna visited the location several times to take photos and FaceTime me from the apartment. Most importantly, she didn't act like a saleslady who was looking to make a commission, instead making sure the purchase would be worth it for me. Orna was like a breath of fresh air - she is so quick, prompt, and on top of things compared to other realtors. She always made time for me and was willing to adjust her schedule to ensure I saw a property I liked with my busy work schedule. In the South Florida market, houses sell so fast and it is so competitive, so it's crucial to have a realtor who is flexible with you but also willing to move quickly. She never moved so fast that it made me uncomfortable though - she was not pushy or tried pressuring me into contracts like other realtors I have encountered. She was to search the market and provide a study of a quick purchase with the intent to buy, rehab and resell. Orna rose to the occasion and within days, I was offered several options for purchase and within (2) weeks, I completed my purchase. Never once, did I need to follow up with her. In fact, she needed to follow up with me. She is detail oriented, hardworking and eager to please and all I had to do was show up at the closing. Did not leave any stone unturned. On the flip side, when my home was ready for sale, Orna was ready to assist. Perfect pricing and within days my property sold, according to MY price. Fabulous Relator that is informative, does her homework and is true to her word! Looking forward to working with Orna again in the nearest future.

ZillowVERIFIED I am rorry but we cannot in good faith recommend Orna Berkowitz!!!! Our family worked with Orna for a few weeks when we were looking to sell our home and it was not a positive experience. We made it very clear what price we wanted and she intern made it very clear that we were asking too much and that the home would not sell. After finally agreeing to keep the price, we felt that she was not invested in us and gave others more attention. We later went with another realtor (EWM) and we sold our home in 3 weeks at list price. I guess she just wanted to turn and burn us and get her commission. I was not a good experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Orna is a phenomenal real estate agent. We contacted and spoke to her on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday evening she had come to the house, determined the recommended sale price (which we believed to be accurate) and had presented us with a listing agreement. By Wednesday professional photos had been taken and on Friday the house hit the MLS. We had no less than 15 showings that weekend, several more on Monday and Tuesday of the next week and five offers by the middle of the following week. She presented all, explained the terms, strong points and weaknesses of each offer. Ultimately, we accepted an over asking cash offer just six days after the house was listed on the MLS. Orna walked us through the inspection and maintained communication with us as we waited through the closing process. I highly recommend Orna. Now that have I experienced her representation, I believe that she will sell a small townhouse (our property) or a high-dollar mansion with the same level of zeal and dedication.
