Highly recommend! Look no further! This is your agent! Oriana made buying AND selling a home such a breeze! She is extremely professional, personable, and experienced. We were so comfortable with her from the very beginning. And her knowledge of the real estate market and Phoenix area helped us to narrow down our search and find a home in less than 3 weeks. She had our trust from the very beginning! Oriana is the best realtor we have ever dealt with.

There is a clear delineation between who is adequate and who is boundless, and from my own personal experience ORIANA excels and is on top of her game! I have invested in real estate throughout the years, and my only wish is that I would have found Oriana sooner. When making large purchases, you want to work with a profound professional since this is one of the most expensive investments you will make. You want someone who understands the real estate market, who is an impressive negotiator, has superior follow up, a Relator with deep contacts, and finally someone who understands the liabilities in purchasing real estate. Oriana will make certain that your contract is written to maximize your profits and or to get the best deal on a purchase. I just wish I would have found her sooner and would have been far better off working with Oriana exclusively. She is the BEST! Just call her and find out for yourself how far reaching her talents go!

This was our first time working with Oriana and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor agent. It was great to have someone who was very knowledgeable in the market and location. Very easy to talk to and explain every step of the process from start to negotiation to closing. She made herself available and if we had any concerns she was quick to answer them. From the very first time we met she treated us like family not just a client.

Oriana was the consummate professional to help us find our home, once we moved here from Ohio. Even though we had vacationed here quite a few times, we needed an agent that would listen to our needs and attempt to steer us in the right direction. She was patient and attentive and never made us feel rushed. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market and enabled us to choice a home that met our parameters. We would definitely recommend Oriana.

I have known Oriana for 16 years now and would definitely recommend her for your Real Estate needs. It was a pleasure working with Oriana when she sold our Paradise Valley residents in 2019. She's professional with attention to detail and all while having a positive upbeat attitude. Oriana is my go to with anything related to residential and investment properties. She is well connected in the community and has a passion for helping her clients reach their goals quickly and with ease. I am thankful to have Oriana as my Real Estate Professional. Sincerely, Michelle Baker

Our family moved to the Phoenix area and looked to purchase a home in a market that was extremely difficult and fast moving. Oriana worked extremely diligently to get us in the home to view, answered all of our questions despite the time of day (late evening) and made sure the home fit our wants and needs, not just a quick sale. She always offered solid advice around asking price and comps, but did an excellent job working in the inspection asks to make sure we were comfortable with the home upon purchase. She also continued to help us out with recommendations of a contractor to assist in some repair and work in the home, of which she received zero compensation. I have worked with a quite few realtors, there are some that do it as a job and others as relationships, Oriana has been one of, if not the best in her area of expertise. We are extremely happy in our new home and are grateful for all Oriana has done for us.
