There is a clear delineation between who is adequate and who is boundless, and from my own personal experience ORIANA excels and is on top of her game! I have invested in real estate throughout the years, and my only wish is that I would have found Oriana sooner. When making large purchases, you want to work with a profound professional since this is one of the most expensive investments you will make. You want someone who understands the real estate market, who is an impressive negotiator, has superior follow up, a Relator with deep contacts, and finally someone who understands the liabilities in purchasing real estate. Oriana will make certain that your contract is written to maximize your profits and or to get the best deal on a purchase. I just wish I would have found her sooner and would have been far better off working with Oriana exclusively. She is the BEST!
