Omar did an amazing job with helping me to purchase my new (and first) home! From the very first time I reached out to him about being interested in buying til the day of my close - and now even after. From the beginning when I first reached out and said I wanted to see places, I let him know on a Tuesday and he asked when I was free and that Thursday we had scheduled 7 viewings after work. He works hard, fast and really cares. He was very honest and would provide great feedback and thoughts when viewing the condos. I was mostly looking at places in South Loop and he sent a ton of options that fell within what I was looking for but also what he thought I would like. That same week I saw a few more places, this time with my parents and the week after my dad came and that's when we found the condo I liked and so did my dad. We saw the place on a Saturday morning and I had my offer submitted that Monday. Omar was so helpful in guiding me through that and providing recommendations for lenders, inspectors, attorney, etc. That week I put in the offer I was on vacation and out of town and Omar was able to go to my inspection and provided notes and everything I needed. This was way above and beyond and he provided me with an update while I was out. I felt super comfortable and like I knew where things were during every step of the process. Even when there was nothing for me to do, he would check-in with me to ask if I had any questions. For my closing, he showed up and stayed the entire time along with my attorney. They helped a lot and made the process very smooth and easy. Omar made it seamless and I was very happy. Even after closing and my 2nd set of keys were mailed to the other realtor's office, he was able to pick them up and drop them off to me. I can't say enough great things about the service, help and everything Omar did. I'm so thankful and happy. Happy home owner now!
