After 4-5 loss, we finally were able to get an offer accepted. And it was done VIRTUALLY without us being physically present. Omar was thorough, very thorough as he showed the homes via FaceTime. He has been relentless in his approach. All frustration we shared - he was a cushion for that. He was knowledgeable, very professional yet empathetic all the way through. He was there to answer the silliest of questions as it appeared - given our first time experience. Even after we closed - given we were still out of state - Omar coordinated all the cleaning/fumigation, inspection and necessary after-works with his earnest eagerness and agility. We cannot thank him enough and could not expect more than this. Highly recommended and we would definitely work with him in any future house buying/selling endeavors!

Set up a listing appointment, and the rest was history. He is very calm, direct, and is extremely professional. Omar walked us through the whole process, and presented us with realistic expectations. I?m a 15 year veteran to the real estate business, so to say that I?m picky is a understatement. After the first open house we had a offer within 4 days. 3 Weeks later we closed. He even found the buyer!! Like I mentioned before he really knows how to market properties, and get them ready to sell. We even referred him to our neighbor, and he is representing them as well. He helped us buy our home in Hayward and we were a difficult buyer to say least, but he made sure it happened for us!We then went through a loss of business and after a year of trying on my own to get the bank to modify the loan and fight foreclosure we called Omar again.
