ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Omar as a first time home buyer in Bucks County, PA in a highly competitive price range. I'd recommend him for the following reasons: 1. He returns calls and emails right away. 2. He can advise you on renovations, repairs and maintenance when you look at homes, including rough estimates, so you get a clear financial picture of what you are buying. 3. He researches the offer price very meticulously so all our offers were competitive and we never felt like we were overbidding for anything. 4. He's kind, respectful, trustworthy and easy to talk to. I love the home Omar helped us by and am so happy I used him as our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Omar Din has been our realtor since 2017. He sold us our Yardley Ct home, found renters in short order for our previous home in 2017. We then contacted Omar a few years later in selling our rental property a few years later, sold within days. We called Omar October 2022 to sell our home on Yardley Ct, he sold our house within days yet again. Omar is a great realtor, very personable. Knows the comps, hes professional and knows exactly how to price and advertise your home to sell or rent. Would not trust any realtor but him. Thankful for his hard work and dedication.
