Ollie Green is a Retired Army Veteran and Broker/Owner of Fleur De Lis Luxe Realty(R), with 96 homes sold over the past six years. She specializes in helping first-time buyers, relocation clients, and veterans navigate Riverview and South Shore Tampa, with a strong focus on single-family homes and new construction communities. I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers, veterans, and relocation clients moving into and out of the Tampa area. I also help buyers navigate new construction. Every client is different, but the goal is always the same.
Most recently this year within 30 days apart I was been fortunate to assist two single parent mothers purchase their first home. They followed my guidance in what to look for when we were looking at homes and how to eliminate future issues while under contract. They trusted my knowledge that I would see them through to the finish line and what they were experiencing was normal jitters. The joy these two mothers showed at the closing table with their kids present validated the journey.
I got started into real estate by watching the Broker that was referred to me who also was a Army Veteran assist me with my home purchase. I was purchasing new construction and their process from beginning to end really made an impression on me. After closing I asked questions unbeknownst to them I was preparing myself to follow in their footsteps. They have been mentor ever since I have been in the business.
I’m a Florida licensed Real Estate Instructor, so I teach new licensees the standards of real estate and stay sharp on best practices. I’ve also earned multiple designations from the National Association of Realtors, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). That means my clients benefit from both education and real-world expertise every step of the way.
