ZillowVERIFIED Olivier was absolutely amazing throughout our home-buying journey. His ability to speak French, English, and Spanish was a massive asset that kept our entire family seamlessly in the loop. Despite facing multiple major roadblocks and dealing with a highly unprofessional seller's agent, Olivier remained the ultimate professional. He held the other party accountable every step of the way, fiercely protected our interests during the amendment process, and made sure nothing was left out. It took us several months to find the right home, but Olivier's expertise guided us safely to the finish line. We cannot recommend him highly enough, Olivier is the realtor you need by your side!

ZillowVERIFIED Olivier is a great professional who guides you through every step of the way. We appreciated all the information he provided based on concrete data. He knows when to chime in, and when to give you time to assess. He has an extensive knowledge of the processes needed, what buyers/sellers should consider, and how to protect his clients against potential future issues. We saw a large number of houses, all across town, and Olivier was available and prepared for all the showings. He has a vast network on contractors who can quickly deploy to assist - we were able to get an inspection completed the week of Thanksgiving! I highly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Olivier is incredible! Very hard working, he's a machine and so conscientious. He's also one of the best negotiator I've ever met! Every time I had a question he had an answer or knew how to get it. He is well connected with many service providers and knew exactly who to call in order to get the required inspections done by qualified experts. He is himself quite knowledgeable in construction. The original mortgage broker I had was terrible and he recommended one that saved this deal 3 weeks from closing. He is very thorough and clearly loves his job! Thank you so much Olivier, you're amazing!!

ZillowVERIFIED I never leave reviews but Olivier is so amazing at his job that I truly feel like recommending him to anyone looking to buy or sell. I myself worked with real estate agents in the past and nothing compares to Oliviers services. I used his services to buy a house for my parents and I wish I knew about him sooner so he could have helped me and my husband buy our house one year ago when the market was crazy. He is not the regular estate agent who just opens the door for you and pushes you to make the highest offer you can. His patience, extensive knowledge and negotiation skills are beyond. He is a true adviser and the person you need by your side to make such an important purchase. He truly has the very best of your interests at heart!

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to startaEUR| Olivier is just incredible! We met Olivier because one of our friends recommended him to us. The first time we met him we could see how knowledgeable and professional he is! We listened to all of his advice, and sold our house in 3 days with over 8 offers, all above asking price. The final offer we accepted was beyond anything we could have imagined. We couldnt be happier with the flawless process as well as the outcome of the sale. Moreover, the communication with him was great all along the journey. We also asked him for recommendations on vendors for the house we were buying out of state, and there again Olivier was able to send us in the right direction. He recommended us an incredible lender. We will recommend Oliver to all of our friends who want such a great experience in their buying/selling real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Olivier is the best!We were first-time buyers and looking for a house in Plano from out of State.Olivier is committed to his customers best interest first. He is thorough, dependable, patient and positive which in retrospect helped us navigate the very hot housing market at that time.Olivier made the whole buying process a breeze. He gave us the best advice regarding our offers (without ever pressuring us). As soon as we went under contract he was on top of everything (managed to get us an inspection in less than 24h) which helped us close in less than what was initially expected. We highly recommend him. We are thankful for him.

ZillowVERIFIED Meeting Olivier was a nice coincidence and thanks to that and him we now have our house. When we met Olivier we had already worked with another agent who left a bad taste in our mouth, a person we felt was in favor of the seller and not us (everything we saw about the house that had to be fixed they said that it was not necessary to put it in the repair amendment because it was not too much, but we know that in the end, each thing adds up and a lot of money would be spent fixing those things); however, going with Olivier to see a house was a completely different and rewarding experience. The first tour we did with him was an experience, he went through the house with us, observing point by point and telling us what to ask the seller for and what else was not to worry about. He also made us see things like the privacy of the house, quality of foundations, irrigation system, etc. In each of the houses we saw, the experience was the same. This allowed us to see the knowledge and experience that Olivier has as an agent, which made us feel satisfied and calm.As for the purchase process, it was just as satisfactory; The inspector he recommended us for the house as well as the one for the foundation were quite professional, detailed and they left us feeling confident knowing the condition of the house we were getting.Olivier was attentive at every moment of the process, always looking for us to be informed and up to date with each stage; looking for and recommending what would be best for us. What's more, even after the purchase he has been attentive; asking how we feel and if there is something that we need.Anyway, we only have good things to say about Olivier as a sales agent; We are sure that if it had not been for him, this house would not be ours.Thank you!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Olivier and his wife Sandra is such a lovely couple! They are both very nice, professional and have strong sense of responsibility. They helped us close the highland park house last winter. Since we moved from another state and have limited time to see open houses, they showed us the house by FaceTime; helped us go back and forth checking the details; found us the inspector, the interior designer and even helped us connect with local daycare schools. They helped us smoothly move into the new community, and we highly recommend this couple!

Thanks to Olivier's patience and tenacity, we were able to see numerous homes. During every visit, Olivier spent countless time sharing his expertise and guiding us through the process. He was always prepared with the comps, in-depth knowledge about the neighborhood in terms of safety, schools, and etc. Given the competitive housing market, there were times when we had to act fast and schedule house visits within minutes. Olivier was always there for us. When the time comes to buy/sell again, we will definitely hire Olivier again.
