Olivia was just fantastic; knowledgeable about the local market and the purchasing process and very empathetic and personable. I was looking to purchase in Coos Bay but lived quite a distance away and Olivia was consistently accommodating and always went the extra mile to be available each time I was able to be in town to view homes and always had great suggestions for viewing in addition to whatever I had expressed interest in. The process took quite some time with a couple of false starts (which were entirely my doing and not hers) which might have led some to become frustrated but Olivia maintained her enthusiasm, calm professionalism and helpfulness throughout that process. Olivia was really helpful with the lending and closing processes and always anticipated any issues and addressed them effectively and professionally. Both before and after closing she was and has been really helpful with local references for contractors and others. Olivia is a top notch agent and knows her business. She is also very personable and a wonderful person to have on your side on the house hunting adventure. She was always on my side and had my back which was a great comfort to me throughout the process of buying. If and when I might re-enter the market the first and only person I would call is Olivia and highly suggest that others do so as well. You will be glad that you did, as I have been!

We officially sold our home today, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Olivia for being so amazing throughout the entire process. This wasnt an emotional sale, but it was a tough decision. We werent sure what the right move was, and we changed our minds a few times. Olivia never once made us feel like that was a hassle. She was patient, supportive, and always made us feel like we had space to figure things out. Once we made the decision to sell, she was on top of everything. I never had to follow up, she was always ahead of it, keeping us in the loop, making sure everything stayed on track & what to expect. And now that weve sold, were still figuring out whats next, and shes still sending us helpful resources and just being a solid person in our corner. Olivia helped my fiancA(C) and I purchase our very first home and she made the process very easy to say the least.
