ZillowVERIFIEDFriends of ours had the pleasure of working with Ellen when they made their move to Naples. So when we found ourselves suddenly moving to the Ft Myers area, we gladly accepted the referral. Because of some personal circumstances, we understood shortly after starting our search we were looking for a unicorn. The homes that met our criteria were few and far between, and once one popped up, we needed to act quickly. Ellen was always there to secure a showing. When I despaired thinking we'd never find a home, Ellen was there with whatever was needed ... thinking creatively about our parameters or with reassurance. When we needed a break from the hunt, Ellen was there keeping her eyes & ears open. At every turn Ellen made us feel like we were her absolute only priority. And when we finally found the unicorn, her analysis of comps was on point and she approached the transaction like she was negotiating with her own money. Ellen kept everyone in the deal on track with all of the reminders and from beginning to end, it was organized and seamless. As I sit drinking coffee in our unicorn, I still don't know how she does it so easily and with warmth and humor. She's professional, smart, creative, knowledgeable, responsive & she's just a darn nice person. I'm an agent myself and she'll always be our go to Realtor. She's just THAT good.
ZillowVERIFIEDOver the years we have worked with many real estate agents. None have been as impressive as Olivia Puga. She immediately responded to all of our calls no matter what day of the week it was. Also, she had extensive insight to the area which we were interested in, Southwest FL. She professionally structured our purchase offers and made sure our interests were protected. We would never hesitate to recommend Olivia to all of our family and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery thorough and very professional. She understood exactly what we were looking for and Provided valuable Insight in the neighborhoods and associations that were presented. Highly recommend and will provide referrals in the future.

ZillowVERIFIEDPurchased a home remotely through Amy's help. She was truly outstanding as the home I purchased was over 75 miles from her work location. Half way through home purchase my mortgage company advised that they could not meet original close date. Amy provided a local mortgage company and walked me through process constantly providing updates and recommendations. Would highly recommend Amy.

ZillowVERIFIEDOliva Puga and her team were outstanding in all aspects of the sale of our home. She handled a barrage of showings and offers in the first 4 days that would make your head spin! Our house sold for well over asking and closed in less than 30 days! You can trust Olivia to give you the same attention and professionalism whether your are listing or looking to buy a home in SW Florida. Thanks Olivia!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is very professional and responsive. She negotiated with seller so I was able to get repairs done and contacted insurance agents for quotes. ZillowVERIFIEDOlivia was extremely helpful in my search to find the perfect home in Naples! She was very patient with me and listened to all of my needs! I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone looking to move to or within the area!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe where investigating listing our property with Olivia Puga. She spent lots of time thinking of all the possibility's. We decried to not list now and wait for the market to become a little more favorable to the seller.but when the time is right Olivia will be my listing agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I met Olivia completely by accident, at an open house she was conducting, and boy are we glad we did. We had just been relocated and knew nothing about SW Florida. It is difficult to search for a place to call home when you don't know the neighborhoods, the places to shop and dine or even the commute time for that matter. Olivia has been so great in helping us adjust and locating a place to call home. As a long time resident of Naples, she has great local knowledge. From the best neighborhoods for schools to the best place to get a great slice of pizza, Olivia has the answer. When we had friends in from out-of-town to visit she even was able to recommend where we should take them (The Fish House in Bonita Springs, FYI) and it was exactly what we were looking for. As far as our own search for a home, she was more than patient with us. The more we learned about the area combined with the properties that we viewed, I think we changed our minds as to what we were looking for about a hundred times. She was always able to roll with our changes and find us options that were just what we had in mind, as well as ones we didn't even know we were looking for. When we would start to get confused or overwhelmed, she would help us get back on track with what our priorities were. If you are looking for a realtor who will take the time to get to know you and your goals, who will work to keep you on your timeline and budget, and will help you find the home that suits your needs, then Olivia is the one for you!
