Olivia is an excellent communicator, very organized, and has a TON of local knowledge about Snow Hill and all of the surrounding towns. My husband and I were working within a budget and we were also not exactly sure what we were looking for when we started. Olivia was patient with all of our questions and made sure to show us a few houses at a time whenever we made the trip from NOVA out to Snow Hill. She also showed us different types of houses in different locations so that we could fine-tune our vision. Over time, we narrowed down what we were looking for and then waited for the right house to pop up. Olivia was very patient and never pressured us in any way. She was so patient with us, answered all of our million questions, and just walked us through the entire process, as lengthy as it was due to our circumstances.
