If youve ever been through real estate showings and sales and thought youve had the best realtor then you have never worked with Olivia Casa Monday. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to describe Olivias work ethic. Olivia is the most professional realtor weve been associated with in our decades of home buying and selling. She is on top of every situation ALWAYS and is the best communicator. There was never an issue we werent made aware of and she answered calls and texts immediately. Her experience provided us with the confidence we havent really felt before. If she told us she was going to do something or find out the answer to a question, she did it and did it promptly. Now lets talk about follow through. In the past weve had realtors who bounced once the paperwork was in place. Not Olivia. She stayed with us and made herself available all the time. She made excellent suggestions and recommendations and we knew she was giving us quality people to work out any issues post-sale and she was always conscious of costs. Review I am so glad we went with Olivia as our realtor for buying our first home. She worked tirelessly for us and was always available. She is so familiar with the area and the market. She was endlessly patient as she took us to showings, adjusting based on our preferences and helping us find the perfect home. We ended up picking a popular choice, and the sellers had two contracts available to choose between. Olivia was such a good advocate for us and helped us get our first choice over the other offer. Even in times like this when there is no completion with other buyers because interest rates are extremely high, Olivia is capable of finding exactly what you need and want because she knows the market and she is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. She is definitely the best person that can help you chose your home and point in the right direction to achieve your dream because she has really good taste (her Italian origins contribute to it), and this quality makes a difference when you chose a realtor. ButaEUR|most of all, what makes her the best is that she is such a kind caring person. This is definitely a bug plus and not a quality that you find often. Because of this I can guarantee you that Olivia does not care about closing on a house just for the profit. She cares about her clients and their happiness. She cares about you most of all. Buying a house in Colorado can be a very stressful process, but Olivias superb skills as a realtor combined with her endless positive energy made the process very smooth for us. Thanks to Olivia, we got the first home we put an offer on - and many other people were putting offers on this property! As a first-time homebuyer, at the beginning I was not familiar at all with how the whole process works, but Olivia patiently guided me step by step (she will give you a very helpful booklet!) and explained all the details I needed to know, and steered me in the right direction anytime I needed to be guided. She is literally available anytime to answer any question you may have, and she is extremely knowledgeable with all the info she provides. Visiting homes with her is a very fun experience too, and I have to admit I will miss that now that we have found our dream home!
