Oliver with his extensive knowledge of the area and specifics of nearly any and all properties in our dealings with him when we were looking to buy (we had a different broker for that) was honest and upfront throughout our process. In fact, it was interacting with Oliver and Kiril during our new home search the previous winter/spring that led us to hiring them to sell our place. A tenuous time in the market with the pandemic- and with limited selling experience on our end (my partner and I have not sold a property in nearly 30 years!)...Oliver was reassuring and worked with us devising various plans/scenarios. It all worked out in the end, as they found excellent buyers that were a good fit for our unique property. Kiril was the team member that usually showed the property (and took fantastic photos!). His calm manner, as well as knowledge of the market is a perfect complement to Oliver. And the glue holding it all together, is Vanessa- who is the brilliant behind the scenes manager. She was extremely responsive and pleasant in dealing with, and often a step ahead as far as anticipating our questions, concerns or needs.
