3. When it's time to make an offer... Oliver, our Lead Agent, will write and negotiate your contract insuring the proper contingencies and protections are in place. He has been a party to over 1000 real estate transactions and has the knowledge and experience to insure you have the best representation possible.
4. Once you're under contract... Dori, our transaction coordinator, will work with you through inspections, picking an attorney, an insurance company, etc. and make sure everyone stays on task to get you to closing on time.
The best part is that this costs you nothing as the Seller pays our commission. We represent YOU in the transaction, however.
