He has been a party to over 1000 real estate transactions and has the knowledge and experience to insure you have the best representation possible. 4. Once you're under contract... Dori, our transaction coordinator, will work with you through inspections, picking an attorney, an insurance company, etc. and make sure everyone stays on task to get you to closing on time. Josie and Gaston went above and beyond to show my husband Mike and me the Charleston area and introduce us to our neighborhood (Riverside at Carolina Park) where we built our new home. Josie facilitated the meeting with our builder and was available for questions and assistance during the building process, even sending us photos when we were out of town. Now that we are moved in they are incredible about bringing in deliveries when we are away.
