When we were first interviewing prospective real estate agents to help sell our co-op in Forest Hills, we were immediately impressed with Olgas knowledge and experience. Not only was she the only one to follow up with us after the initial interview, she provided us with a history of asking prices and sales in our building, and had detailed knowledge of each units features and amenities. We quickly learned that she was the primary realtor of choice for co-ops in our area, and were pleased that she was so receptive to all of our questions. Her guidance regarding the initial asking price, how best to prepare the unit for sale, and details about the entire process were invaluable to us. Although her commission was somewhat higher than the other brokers we interviewed, we chose Olga for her expertise and guidance. Not only did she recommend a better deal for us than the other agents suggested, she was available day and night to provide us with developments and updates. We also decided to use the attorney she works with, and were extremely pleased with his work as well.
