ZillowVERIFIED Ola helped my family purchase our home in Rahway New Jersey in August 2021.Ola's professional expertise and knowledge of the market is unparalleled. He navigated us skillfully through the volatile 'seller's market' we experienced earlier in 2021 and his calm but detailed approach helped in no small way to get us the lovely home we bought.I recommend Ola without any hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Ola treated me like family. He's not a "newbie" desperate for business. He's seasoned and will do what's right by you with a smile. Many brokers came off cold. Not Ola. He kept me informed through the whole process and was always available when I had a question or concern.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a tenant for 6 years, lost count of how many homes I saw before Ola that didn't pan out . I gave up searching and thought, maybe home ownership isn't for everyone.Ola made himself available even after hours to speak with on everything home related. We bought our first home within six months and walked into equity. Ola, I thank the Universe for sending you my way. The best realtor I've worked with

ZillowVERIFIED Ola was extremely patient and understanding from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me during the purchase of my first home. I was referred to him by my brother who was also very pleased with his professionalism. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very first time we spoke on the phone to the first time we met I knew Ola was gonna be our agent! Right after I first introduced Ola to my wife she turned to me and said "hire him". House was staged on a Friday, listed on Monday with an open house the following Sunday....we had a offer that we accepted on Monday! Working with Ola was flawless, he is efficient, smart, extremely pleasant, and very hard working. Loves the details!!!Call him, you will not be sorry...BTW he also found us a new place to live!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ola is a tremendous Realtor with great real estate knowledge; as a first time home buyer, Ola walked us through the process step by step also referred us to a mortgage Rep to get us preapproval to start with the home search. Even though we looked at numerous properties, Ola was patient enough to encourage us not to rush into something we would rush out of. When we eventually found our dream house Ola was there all through to make the process easy and not overwhelming. I will recommend him to anyone 10 out 10 to anyone who wants a hardworking and reliable realtor to walk them through the overwhelming process of home ownership.

ZillowVERIFIED Ola exhibited exceptional professionalism, skill and strategic planning throughout the entire process. While I was interviewing agents, Ola always had useful suggestions or information tips, made no grandiose promises about his ability to market my property and never tried to "sell" me . Ola was able to navigate a complicated sales process to a successful conclusion. He delivered everything he said he would and was quite clear in assessing the possible outcomes. I highly recommend Ola Modile for his strategic planning, negotiation skills, professionalism, tenacity and honesty. If you want an agent who is on your team, then Ola Modile is a superb choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Ola demonstrated well rounded professionalism. He set out to understand my needs and peculiarities, ensuring that his services were tailored to addressing those needs and responding to my peculiarities. He was on top of the ball throughout and for someone like me that had just relocated to the United States and was new in the system, he supported me to achieve my goal before the end of my third month. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Modile is a highly dedicated, knowledgeable professional who communicates DAILY to ensure that he is meeting your needs. His personal connection and availability to me made me feel like I was his only client. During pricing negotiations, Ola neglected his own commission and ensured that I got the absolute best deal possible. He was extremely helpful with extra stipulations in the contract as well. His expertise is second to none and the service he renders is invaluable. He is an absolute asset to have on your side.
