ZillowVERIFIED Buying or selling a house can be stressful and involve both financial and emotional decisions. In our case we had the advantage of having Vanessa Maggi as our realtor both when we bought our house a few years ago and now that we sold it. Vanessa is dedicated, very skilled and competitive. She brings a wealth of market knowledge, a deep understanding of market conditions and trends, a marketing powerhouse and most importantly, she cares to do what is best for her customers. In addition, she has an absolutely a wonderful team to ensure her customers receive best in class service. She and her team were always readily available to answer any questions, always steadfast and positive. We could not have a better realtor than Vanessa representing us. She has become a friend and someone that we trust and cherish. Trust matters and we could not have been in better hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is one of the most attentive, communicative, caring, and knowledgeable realtors that I've met. In Miami especially, there are a lot of realtors who are in the profession for the money. Instead, Vanessa is in it because she wants her clients to achieve their goals. At no point in our process (buying and selling) was Vanessa pushy - in fact, she encouraged us to look at as many properties as possible so we could figure out what we wanted. She's also always reachable. While she was out of the country with her family, Vanessa communicated with us everyday. I know that Vanessa got us the best deal possible, and I strongly recommend her and her whole team.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is amazing. She works tirelessly and is available at all times to market and show your home. I would not have survived the selling process without her expertise and support. When she puts her mind to something she is all in and gets the job done. Not to mention she has a great personality and her team is lovely to work with. I am so grateful for the Maggi team. I would recommend Vanessa in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Vanessa in 2014 when we were looking for a house. She represented the Sellers of a couple properties that we saw. We had our own agents at the time who became our friends. When our agents/friends moved away, they gave us their blessings to work with Vanessa and told us that we would be in good hands with Vanessa. Vanessa is very responsive and knowledgeable about the market. She is a hard worker and honest person. We have closed two transactions with Vanessa and will continue to work with her in future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa helped us with the sale of our property. She was SO organized, thorough, and punctual - and got us the BEST price (more than we imagined!). She also staged our home beautifully! We have worked with MANY realtors in Miami and is hands-down the absolute best. Don't even waste your time interviewing other agents. We were also blown away by the amount of Marketing & Advertising that was done. Thank you Vanessa!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanessa is the absolute best! She not only sold our apartment at top dollar but also was just the kindest and easiest person to work with! I would constantly say to her aEURoeyou are the hardest working person I knowaEUR? and I meant it. Shes a true hustler. Except shes no drama and completely honest and upfront. All hard work and follow-through. :) She guided us every step of the way to get the best sale for our unit. She also spent numerous hours on text and various emails figuring out little things here and there. Her photographer also does an impeccable job on the photos which really is so important. And because she has such a great reputation, her listings really do get more exposure. Shes just a class act all the way. She also sent us a few beautiful little gift baskets because of the holidays and also when we sold etc. She didnt have to do that but she always treats her clients so well. Oh also did I mention we listed at one point (took all the various pics etc) and took it off the market so we could renovate some more and list for higher. Vanessa was totally okay with it and in fact encouraged it and was not pushing us at all or rushing etc. And we got about 60k more profit because of it. Anyways we love Vanessa and her whole team. Shes an incredibly hard worker and a good person. A great person. Not much more you can ask for esp in the real estate world. Shes also just very cool ??.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a blessing to meet Vanessa when we moved to Miami 3 months ago. She made this complicated process of buying a house so smooth, she knew all brokers and agents in town and we could quickly see any house we were interested in. She promptly answered every single message about anything even when she was traveling overseas. By the end of this process, she was more than an agent for us, she became a friend and a "life consultant". She helped us with EVERYTHING you can possibly imagine, from gardeners to kids dentists, EVERYTHING. I would recommend her 1000x!

ZillowVERIFIED Without question the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. Vanessa is knowledgeable, proactive and a problem solver. I have no reservation giving her my highest recommendation. When I needed to make repairs following inspection, Vanessa had contacts with an electrician, plumber and a handyman and set them up to service my house. Vanessa negotiated a better price for my house with the buyer's agent. Vanessa was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It was a real pleasure working with her.
