ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Odalys to anyone looking to sell! Odalys became my agent while an interested private party "kicked the tires" on buying my home. She skillfully cut through the tom-foolery and transitioned my home to the market when things fell through. Despite challenging circumstances, Odalys was able to get my home sold in just a few months at the price point and terms I wanted. She dealt with other agents, fickle buyers, and complications during the sale quickly and professionally. If you are looking for an agent, Odalys will do right by you. Odalys is good people.

ZillowVERIFIED Odalys was dedicated and responsive throughout our selling experience. She kept us well informed every step of the way. I was especially impressed as she is a great negotiator. I was referred by a family member who has used Odalys for years who firmly states she works miracles. We are forever grateful for her professional skillset but even more so the compassion and care she shows each client.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I loved working with Odalys! We were first time home buyers and couldnt have asked for a better realtor. She was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate every step. She had great suggestions for Loan officers and Lawyers and was always honest with us. We never felt rushed and both felt comfortable throughout the process. She was also very attentive and even responded when she was away on vacation. For us, that said a lot. It was clear she cared about us and truly wanted us to be happy. We loved working with Odalys and would recommend her, without question.

ZillowVERIFIED I was told once that buying a home comes with tons of paperwork and stress . Here we are on our second home and Odalys made it a breeze. There was never a time where she said she couldn't do something. She made it happen. We are in our forever home now and we love it . All thanks to you and your perseverance to never give up on showing home after home. Or even showing us our home now ,three different times. Thank you soo much

ZillowVERIFIED Odalys gets the job done ! Buying our home was a long experience but she stood on top of things and coached us very well on what to look forward to and what to expect. Being first time home owners we didnt know much but she was definitely resourceful. She always made time to show us houses and even make us aware of houses as soon as they came on the market. Her knowledge even of looking at homes was a plus. Anytime we had questions or didnt understand something she would call or text and explain. I recommend anyone and everyone to go with Odalys. She has many years of experience and knows what she is doing. You will not be disappointed. She such a beautiful person! I cannot say enough about her to explain what great realtor you would have if you have Odalys!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend ! Odalys went above and beyond to bring us to a successful sale under challenging circumstances. She provided helpful guidance on things we needed to do to get the house ready for sale, gave great suggestions on people to help us with contract work and sale of estate items, helped us get exposure on multiple social media sites and made sure the appraiser was well informed on upgrades that distinguished the condo from others in the same complex and was able to help us get a very fair price. Would absolutely do business with Odalys again !

ZillowVERIFIED Like others have said, Odalys treated me like family throughout the entire selling process. She was there 24/7 for any questions or concerns I had. Odalys lended guidance and instruction around the selling process (which was brand new to me) while remaining entirely respectful of my personal wishes. If you?re looking for a knowledgeable expert in the field who will give you honest advice and walk you through each step, Odalys is your gal!

ZillowVERIFIED Odalys is the best realtor I have met. She is my realty angel! She went totally above and beyond with the short sale of my house, which was a short sale from heck! Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me and the sale of my house. She was a god send and worked relentlessly with the banks and buyers. Anyone will be truely blessed to have her as an agent. I know I could not have kept my sanity without her!
