Having 17 years of experience in real estate from building new construction homes, already built homes, bank repos, land, multifamily, commercial, I understand all the different types of real estate. Teaching First Time Buyer classes and seminars, teaching Washington State House Key Program for buyers is refreshing. Watching new home owners achieve their goals and moving into their new house is exciting!
