ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, my wife and I looked for houses all over California. The most interesting thing we would run into is the different qualities of realtor agents. We had ok agents, and others just wanted to make a quick sale and move on. But surprisingly, there were a few agents that just stood there without saying anything or not having any information on a house. When we would ask a question, they would answer with, um, I don't know. Finally, my wife and I grew tired. On many occasions, we would drive 6 hours to look at a house, get there, look at the home and turn around. Doubt had started to set in for us. We even considered extending our lease on our apartment because we were not getting anywhere near finding something we wanted. So, my wife and I changed our tactics. I knew what to expect from viewing homes to submitting offers and counter offers. We seemed to always be compeating as the top offers but be warned not all sellers are equal. Nydia has knowledge and expertise that you want , most real estate agents are just that agents to sell or buy where Nydia is all that and an investor which is what I wanted . We found a great starter home that we closed in 30 days, it was a smooth process that I never thought it was this easy , and it was so be prepared it helps you and your hole buying process.
