ZillowVERIFIED Norman and Felicity Frank are few of best realtors in the market. This is the third house I have purchased. Many of buyers' realtors just want to find a home for you asap so that they can get paid and move on. But, that is not Frenk Realtors do their business. They cherry-pick houses from hundreds of listings and only sent me few houses that have potential to grow as an investment and meet my wishlist for a new home. This actually saved me a lot of time and effort since I am not familiar with areas and real estate market in Houston. They are very responsive. They responded as quick as the security call center. A bit exaggerating here but that is how I feel like. Also, they provide great after sale service. They are still responding to my questions after closing. They care about me and my family and treat me like a friend. You will not go wrong with Frenk for buying your new home. Highly recommended!!!!

We ultimately were glad we chose them because we got the house sold in short order and for a good price. Couldnt be happier

ZillowVERIFIED OK, I've dealt with many realtors before and had mediocre experience with them - but this one was GREAT! We set a price that I didn't even think we could get and got it! They helped stage the home, took professional looking pictures (one of their many talents, by the way!) and got it sold before we knew it (about 2 weeks, I think). They follow up and are great at getting back with you. Would definitely work with Norman Frenk and Felicity Frenk again when it comes time to sell my next home.They didn't put any fliers in the home, but that was probably because it sold so quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Really responsive and quick. Reached out through a HAR listing, on a whim, because I did not want to move to another cookie cutter apartment. They showed me a home 1 or 2 days later. Didn't get that one, but I found a very unique one story home (where I can raise chickens!!). Also, gave me contacts to get a mortgage, and insurance, and warranty which was very helpful because I had never dealt with all this before. Thanks, Frenk Team!
