ZillowVERIFIEDI had a great experience working with Norma Jean. From the start, she was transparent and set realistic expectations about the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She kept me informed every step of the way, so there were never any surprises. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, my house sold quicklyaEUR"and even better, it sold for more than I originally expected. Her professionalism, communication, and knowledge of the market really stood out. I truly appreciate all the work she put in and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma Jean Johnson was awesome selling my house. She took the listing and sold the property before the house was even listed 48 hours. She was very diligent in her efforts and in keeping us informed on what she was doing and how showings were going. Her feedback and dedication sold the house quickly and easily. I would and will recommend her for the sale of any property. Thank you Norma Jean.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma Jean was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in the process of looking for a new home! We were so lucky to have found someone who was on our side 100% and who was always available to answer questions and give advice when we asked for it! She is a very quick-to-answer realtor so you don't have to wait around for days for an answer back from her. That was one thing that pulled us in to her very quickly; she is always on the ball! Also, no matter where a house was that we considered looking at, she would travel to meet us so that we could see it. She stayed positive and has a very uplifting spirit! We were blessed with Norma Jean and are so thankful for all of her help!

ZillowVERIFIED She is knowledgeable. She cares about your concerns and digs to get info and resolutions. She is enjoyable to work with. NJ was extremely helpful in finding out the land ownership of a property we were interested in. The property turned out to be owned by a trust or bank that had a house sitting on it. The front yard was deceiving which was not all owned by the sellers. And she was very prompt at getting back to us with any information that she was able to get directly from the sellers or sellers agent. She was very patient with us because she took time to show us several homes for sale even when they were way across town. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Norma Jean at our first viewing. She came highly recommended from a close friend, but I had only spoken to her on the phone. Norma Jean was so friendly and it was immediatley evident that she knew her stuff. She was so patient with us and it seemed that she had an inexhaustible desire to help us find the home that best fit our family. Even after the purchas of or home, Norma Jean and I speak regularly. She follows up with us just to make sure everything is going well and to answer any questions that may arise. Norma Jean is much more than just a realtor to our family. She is our friend. We owe much to her and I cannot imagine this process without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma Jean was a super agent. She was engaged, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I could call her at any time and she kept me abreast on everything that was happening during the home buying process. I got updates during off hours and even though I know I wasn't, she made me feel as if I was her only customer. I do not think I would have made it through the process with my sanity intact without her. I highly recommend her for any home buying needs.
