ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Norma the entire time we were looking for a new house for a work relocation. We didn't know exactly what area we wanted to buy in and she showed us houses in several different areas and helped provide valuable feedback about each area. Very responsive, very friendly, very easy to work with. I would absolutely work with Norma again and would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED It was my first time buying a house. Norma was a text or a phone call away if I had any questions. Norma would make sure I would get a fresh email of houses daily and reach out. She was eager to see houses with me and get background checks of each house. I can say, she is very personable, listens and cares for her clients. I felt I trusted Norma in helping me find a home, unlike the other realtors would only send emails and spam calls. I would definitely use Norma and her services again! I hope you choose Norma for your next home! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Norma is the absolute best! She is always responsive and cheerful, no matter the time of day I contact her or how many houses I want to go look at on short notice. Her knowledge of cities, neighborhoods, builders, and home financing is extensive. She was invaluable in evaluating the pros and cons of each house we visited, and worked tirelessly to secure a contract once I found the right house. Norma was a confident, steadying influence through a hectic contract process, and had an answer for every question I asked. I expect to stay in my new house a long time, but every time I have real estate needs I will call Norma.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma was a pleasure to work with because of her real estate knowledge, professionalism, and ability to explain all phases in the sale of our home. She consistently updated us on house showing results, both agent and potential buyer comments, market changes, etc. Because she was so diligent in keeping us informed, it really helped to relieve a lot of our personal stress associated with a huge life experience. Based on our experience with Norma, we are confident that she will provide the same great service to ANYONE lucky enough to work with her on selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was nearly a year-long long process. I changed my mind once along the way, but this did not deter Norma from providing the encouragement that I needed to continue my search. At first I was relying on the opinions of family and friends, but Norma suggested that I look for the property that suited me. Once I took her advice, I was able to recognize what I needed. Eventually, the perfect opportunity arrived. I'm glad I waited for the property that I can call home. And I'm grateful that Norma helped me to do it!

ZillowVERIFIED Norma demonstrated a profound knowledge of the local market and housing trends, as well as providing really helpful resources and contacts needed along the tedious path to finding a suitable home - one with many boxes to tick! It is clear that, due to many years of experience, Norma has developed a great instinct for finding a home to meet her buyers specific needs, and we have greatly appreciated her personal interest and efforts in assisting us along the journey to finding a home, this during one of the most challenging times in our local housing market history. I will not hesitate to recommend Norma to any prospective buyer needing an agent who will help you through every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot explain how amazing Norma was to work with during our home purchasing transaction! First, we threw a curve ball at her with us being out of state and requesting to see a property that had just hit the MLS in a crazy market. She immediately jumped on the challenge and drove over an hour to the home and then walked us through thoroughly through video chat. She knew the urgency of getting our offer in and did not waste any time. The entire process, communication, and everything until closing was just perfect and she went well above and beyond to help us with every step of the process. I would 100% recommend her for all real estate transactions!!!7

ZillowVERIFIED Norma displayed a great deal of patience with our situation. Although we encounter a few roadblocks trying to get our preapproval letter, she was able to go to bat for us and get us under contract on our forever home. Norma is very professional and courteous but at the same time is down to earth and very personable. With a combination of knowledge and personality you will not find a better person to help you with your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED First-time home buyer. I appreciated having a seasoned professional who knows the market they serve and will emphasize important items to do or make suggestions and was effective in her role of representing the interests of me, the buyer of property - when we found a home and worked to get it, Norma made it a priority to gather the documents quickly and accurately, and the process was seamless. She has a tendency to err on the side of cost saving so if you want to do additional inspections for whatever reason, I noticed she'll be inclined to leave that to you to decide on and coordinate, which ultimately didn't bother me (and won't fault her for); it's just something to keep in mind. Get everything you want to check/fix done before submitting repair request forms or chance being forced to walk from a deal. Do not pass up on the house inspection contingency, which is something Norma will stress is important. It was a good experience. Norma was effectual in representing my interests as a buyer and I was satisfied with the process from beginning to end and would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED No body knows Chattanooga better than Norma. As a first time home buyer, Norma helped my wife and I find the perfect home in the nicest area in Chattanooga. She never rushed us into buying and she always gave honest opinion on homes we saw. Communication with her, during this hard pandemic time, was super easy and she was always available to answer questions and show homes. She made buying a home easy and smooth. We are very satisfied with her and would HIGHLY recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Norma is an amazing real estate professional. In 2018 she helped me buy my first house. She was extremely knowledgable of the process and was able to address all of my questions, which I had tons of. She always answered my calls and kept me in the know of important dates. As a first time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In 2020, I called on her again to help me sell the first house to move out of state, and her talents were even sharper than before. She was able to negotiate an extremely great price for my situation and went above and beyond to help me get some of my repairs done by calling some of her own people. If you're in the market for someone to help you buy or sell your home, Norma is who you need.

ZillowVERIFIED Norma is an exceptional professional who took a genuine, personal interest in our home search needs. She always listened attentively and displayed a lot of patience while we painstakingly sorted out several promising homes with second and third visits, and professional inspections. As we were moving from Texas, and unfamiliar with the Chattanooga area, we relied on her expert guidance and judgement. My spouse and I had met and spoken with several other Realtors, but agreed that Norma was the one most worthy of our trust. I very much appreciated that she was always patient and never pushy. We finally did purchase and close on a wonderful home near Hamilton Place, with Norma providing needed support until closing to ensure full coordination, cooperation and support from the Seller, the Seller's agent, the mortgage lender, the home inspector, and the Title Company. Norma really earned and deserved her commission! This was my 8th home purchase and I can recommend her as the best Realtor I've had the pleasure to work with. BTW it's very evident that she is well known and highly regarded in the local community.

ZillowVERIFIED When we applied for our VA home loan Norma Whaley was referred to us by our VA Mortgage lender. We were looking at several homes in the Rock Springs GA area. We were contacted immediately. From the start Norma explained in detail the entire process of what was required and to be expected by all parties involved. We were apprehensive and had doubts about the VA process, as of anyone has went through applying for a VA home loan knows it came be exhausting and difficult. She has made this entire process ejoyable. Everything has went as she had prpared us to expect to happen. Our worries were replaceed with the anticipation of excitement of purchasing our new home as it should be. ZillowVERIFIED We found a home online and inquired about a showing of the property. Norma responded quickly and set up a time to see the home. The first home was not going to work for us but Norma spent time asking questions and getting to understand our expectations. She suggested we look at another home that could meet our needs and she was correct, we knew 30 minutes after seeing this property it would become our new home. Thank you Norma for making our home purchase such a pleasant experience from start to finish.
