ZillowVERIFIED I just do not have the words to say how amazing Norma is to work with. I had one of the toughest home selling experiences she has had to deal with. My original home had to be sold and the septic system failed. There were all kinds of issues. There were permits to be gotten, finding survey pins, getting inspections, the list goes on. Norma was always thinking a step ahead. She told me each step of the way what needed to be done, cost factors and when things needed to happen. If she didn't know she found out. She made phone calls to keep things moving. I could talk to her morning and night. She recommended and contacted contractors. She just never let up until the process was finished. She also helped me to find my new home, a home I love. She bent over backward to find me the right home. I felt like I was her only client. She's relentless, professional and a joy to work with.

I expected it to be challenging buying a house across the country, but it was actually a very smooth process and Norma was a big part of that. She was always quick to respond and sent me lots of useful pictures and videos. She attended the inspection and communicated with me through the process. She handled all the paperwork quickly and accurately. She is also a very good negotiator. I had a very short window of time to close and she worked closely with my lender and title company to schedule closing exactly when we needed it to be.
