So helpful and knowledgeable - she guided us every step of the way and pointed out things we would have missed that would have made a huge difference on a property in the long term even though that meant we decided not to make an offer on that particular property. I don't know if another realtor would have done that because she wasn't bound by any rule or law to do so (we looked it up lol) She's very responsive and if she doesn't have the answer she'll get it and get back to you. If there were a realtor Hall of Fame, Norma would definitely be headed there! Seriously, she is great and I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Norma was such a fun an enjoyable experience. She Listened to all of our wants and needs an found us the home of our dreams. In the beginning my husband and I (mainly I) gave her a list of requirements, an the day before closing I went back over that list one more time going my gosh this Women found the exact property I described to her over the course of many late phone calls. She is there for you 24/7 (ask me how I know LOL). As my husband likes to say I am impossible to please but.... Norma did it! She gave me everything I could dream of.

The second I met her, I felt a connection and completely confident she would guide me in the right direction and, more importantly, be an advocate for me during my home buying process. ZillowVERIFIED We spent over 3 months with a different agent, from a different agency before I accidentally found Norma. Norma was very quick to respond with my first contact. After that it only got better. I told her we were looking for a home with a rental unit intact already. The next day she sent us 7 listings to look at. We chose three that we wanted to see, Norma put in a 4th listing for us to see that day. The entire time Norma was asking questions and watching our responses. None of those listings were perfect, but what Norma was watching was what did and didnt like. After that, the listings she sent were great. In one day she tuned into exactly what our likes and dislike were and went from there. My wife would send her listings from different sites that may or may not still be active, but Norma took that in stride and did the research to see what was out there. Finally.....she found it. I say that only after 8 showings..... One that she sent us and we liked, but before we could even respond that we liked it, it fell off the market. She apologized, and we saw others that day...... 2 days later it came back on the market, Norma caught it, not us, and text us to see if we could see it soon. It worked out for that night. We loved this home so much, but Norma was good about getting us apart from the sellers agent to discuss. She mentioned the days on the market and another lot he owned next to ours that was also for sale. Upon Normas recommendation we made an offer that night. We ended up closing for 25K less than asking with an extra acre of land next to us. Normas help did not end there..... She recommended people to help with carpentry, flooring, yard work....you name it and she knows someone!!! We are happy in our new home and really happy with Norma.....I dont write reviews, but this one I wanted to do!!!! Sincerely, Jay

ZillowVERIFIED My agent went above and beyond the call. What ever needed to be done she was right on top of everything. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. She would make time to call me when I saw a home that I was interested in and spoke with the listing agents to get a background of the home to insure it was a good fit. She would always return my calls within the hour even on weekends.
