It was going to be a difficult property to ready for sale. Few realtors would have proceeded like Norma did! Her can-do drive mustered a handful of contractors to address every aspect of the work needed, which she oversaw. She provided contacts we needed for my sisters possessions, a termite inspection, etc., etc. Her energy and kind commitment produced a top-notch outcome. She and Don recommended the inspections that they thought we should have done to reveal needed repairs before putting the house on the market. They also recommended contractors with whom they had previous experience and that they knew could do the work properly. As soon as we signed our contract with the Flaskeruds they scheduled the inspections for everything from the roof down to the sewer lines. Once we had the inspection reports in hand they helped us decide which repairs were necessary and advised which renovations to make that would provide the greatest value for the money spent. After we created our aEURoeto doaEUR? list, Norma called contractors to obtain quotes and schedule dates for having the work done. Shortly after we began doing the needed repairs, Don and Norma called to let us know they had received a pre-emptive offer for us to consider.
