My husband and I found Norm via Zillow reviews ourselves, and we are so happy to add to that, because Norm has been amazing! From the very beginning he was extremely helpful, patient, proactive - he shared so much insight on everything from the broad locations of the places we were looking to the little details like things to look for with basement pipes of different materials or even something like a light switch in an inconvenient spot. He helped us out when we were trying to look quickly, and still kept track with us after we slowed down. After 6 months, he helped point us to an under-the-radar listing that turned out to be just the right place for the niche combination we were looking for! He was able to keep the process running smoothly right to closing, always keeping us in the loop, promptly responding to anything we asked about. We felt very reassured with him on our side as he clearly cared about the actual outcomes we experienced, and wanted them to be the best possible. He directed us to extremely helpful people for practically everything we needed as well, from the title company to a flooring expert. He even personally helped us clean out things left by the previous residents on day 1 after closing. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Norm Andrews didnt just help me find a home aEUR" he led us through the real estate jungle like some kind of property-wielding Indiana Jones. From the moment we met, I knew we were in good hands. Perhaps that is why we keep coming back to Norm. Weve worked with Norm three times in the last 10 years, and each time, hes delivered so flawlessly we half expected him to drop a mic at closing. We bought a house without ever stepping foot in it. Some people might call that risky. I call it aEURoeNorm Magic.aEUR? Norm has the soul of a golden retriever and the work ethic of a caffeinated eagle. Buying a house sight unseen from another state is the kind of thing you only do if (a) youre in witness protection, or (b) youve got a realtor so trustworthy and charming that youd let them babysit your plants, your dog, and possibly your emotional stability. Norm made us laugh every step of the way. By the time closing hit, we didnt just have a house aEUR" we had a home, inner peace, and a favorite person in an entirely different state.
