FAQ
My biggest advice to buyers is to be prepared, stay patient, and work with a real estate professional you trust. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will make, and having the right guidance can make the process much less stressful.
I always encourage buyers to get pre qualified early, know their budget, and focus on both their needs and long term goals when looking at homes. It is also important to keep an open mind. Sometimes the perfect home is not the one you expected when you first started searching.
Most importantly, do not be afraid to ask questions throughout the process. My job is to help educate, guide, and advocate for my clients every step of the way so they can make confident decisions and enjoy the journey to homeownership.
My biggest advice to sellers is to properly prepare the home before putting it on the market. First impressions matter, and clean, well maintained, and well presented homes typically attract more buyers and stronger offers.
Pricing the home correctly from the beginning is also extremely important. In today’s market, buyers are educated and paying attention to value. A home that is priced right from day one usually generates the most interest and can help avoid sitting on the market too long.
I also encourage sellers to stay flexible and trust the process. Selling a home can sometimes feel emotional and stressful, but having an experienced real estate professional to guide you through pricing, marketing, negotiations, inspections, and closing can make the experience much smoother and more successful.
I have had the opportunity to work with many different types of clients throughout my real estate career. A large portion of my experience has been helping first time homebuyers navigate the process and feel comfortable every step of the way. I understand that buying a first home can feel overwhelming, so I work hard to educate and guide my clients so they can make confident decisions.
I have also worked with move up buyers who are looking for more space, different features, or a better fit for their changing lifestyle, as well as sellers who are downsizing and looking to simplify their next chapter.
No matter the situation, I enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals with as little stress as possible.
I got started in real estate because of my own experience buying my very first home. During that process, I realized that the Realtor I worked with did not fully explain the contract or guide me through what I was signing. As a first time buyer, I felt confused and overwhelmed, and I remember thinking that people deserved better communication and support during such an important decision.
At the same time, I always had an interest in homes and real estate. I used to attend estate sales often, and whenever I came across a home that I thought would be perfect for someone I knew, I would tell my friends about it. One day, someone said to me, “Why don’t you just get your real estate license so you can help more people?” That conversation stuck with me, and it ultimately led me to pursue a career in real estate.
Since becoming licensed, my goal has always been to educate, guide, and advocate for my clients so they feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
