ZillowVERIFIED Following a decision to sell a home in Barnegat Light, I was very fortunate to have selected Noreen Callahan and her Berkshire Hathaway team as our realtor. My initial meeting with Noreen was very informativeaEUR|and productive. From the start, it was obvious see she enjoys her role as a realtor and in representing her clients. Even though her experience level and performance metrics were impressive, it was her professionalism, knowledge of the local market and communication skills which made it an easy decision to choose her team to represent us. Noreen is personable and was very easy to deal with. Throughout the sale process, she remained engaged and accessible. Her follow-up and responsiveness in returning calls, texts or emails was unparalleled. As a result of her efforts, multiple offers were received within the first three weeks and the home was sold for the initial asking price within a reasonable time-frame.By far, Noreen was the best realtor I have worked with and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen,Now that we have closed on the sale of my house in Loveladies, I just wanted to thank you for all the support you gave my wife and me throughout this entire process. I chose you to market this property after interviewing a number of other LBI brokers, and I was impressed with not only your knowledge of the market but also your enthusiasm. I felt that you genuinely liked my house and where excited and confident that you could sell it. Throughout the process you continued to demonstrate that enthusiasm and you were very helpful and candid as we began to receive feedback from potential buyers.Your willingness to followup and help coordinate some of the maintenance and repair activities was greatly appreciated. Finally, I enjoyed working with you during the last six month. You were very responsive, a good communicator and exhibited a high level of integrity. I can see why you have been so successful with real estate on LBI and I would not hesitate to recommend your service in the future. Thanks again for your help in selling my house and I wish you continuing success .Sincerely,Frank Meegan

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen gave us a thorough tour of Long Beach Island and overview of availability of both beach and bay homes in Surf City, North Beach, Harvey Cedars, Loveadies, and Barnegat Light. When we decided on a bay home in Surf City, Noreen was excellent in researching comparable homes, evaluating the house, recommending a great inspector, arranging visits, and being there for all questions through the purchase process.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Noreen was exceptional. She is by far the best agent I've ever had the luck of working with. She not only listed, marketed and sold my house, she sold my neighbor's house too! To say that I would highly recommend using her for any of your real estate needs would be an understatement. It is a comfort knowing when I go to sell or buy my next home I need not look any further than her to do just that for me. AAA is my rating for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen was very patient with us in finding the perfect home. She listened to what we wanted in a home & every house she showed us was on target. Through the process Noreen became a friend. We have 3 kids & our smallest is 3. My daughter loved looking at houses because she knew Noreen would be there. Noreen allowed us to look while entertaining our little one. Our daughter even had a bedroom picked out for Noreen. We are over the moon about our new home! The only sad part is, we won't get see Noreen on a regular basis anymore. Every phone call, every encounter, every showing was extremely pleasant. The recommendations given for contractors, lawyers, inspectors, plumbers, during and after buying the house was fantastic. All n all, she's awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen helped me purchase my Home a few years ago. I was working in NYC at the time and struggled to get down to sign papers and finalize. She waited at the home for me until 10:30pm keeping the house safe until I could arrive. She also called the locksmith for me when she knew I was on my way to the house so I could have the locks changed right away. I was so blessed to have someone like Noreen helping me through the process. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen showed us a listing about 6 years ago. We weren't ready to move but we said we would call her someday. A couple years later, we called Noreen for help with an appraisal service. She helped us cheerfully, though we still weren't ready to buy. Finally, two years later - Noreen acted as our buyers agent through lengthy negotiations. Noreen is upbeat, persistent, smart, industrious, and sharp. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Noreen is one of the best real estate agents I've worked with: helpful, proactive, always available and very responsive. You feel like you are her only client and top priority. Her deep knowledge of Long Beach Island provides valuable insight on the buying market, rental income probability, local contractors and services, etc. She is encouraging rather than pushy. Most importantly, she is straightforward and honest; you can trust that her advice comes from wanting you to succeed in your purchase or sale (rather than looking for an extra dollar). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noreen to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
