Noemie Piard

The reason I sell real estate is because I have a passion for helping people. I truly believe that homeownership is the key to long term financial freedom. I also love the feeling of successfully negotiating a deal, resulting in my client truly getting what they want. Noemie was born in France and raised in Colorado. Daughter of a charismatic, influential, entrepreneurial Frenchman, and daughter to a hard-working, no nonsense, Real American woman. Noemie brings all of those characteristics and more when it comes to fighting for what she believes. Noemie is honest, truly cares, listens closely, and knows how to speak influentially, the most important elements of successful negotiation. Noemie's adult life started out with her career as a respiratory therapist, working everywhere, from the ICU, to visiting people in their homes as a in-home respiratory therapist.
