She really went through an ordeal with me. She was very helpful with the first house I was supposed to buy until I had to stop the closing because of unforeseen circumstances. She stayed with me and helped me find the house I finally purchased. Through the whole ordeal she stayed very professional and was at times comical which helped allay my fears with the first house. When I decided it was time to buy my first house, I saw a listing that was through Weichert. I was put in touch with Noelle. We went through the "must haves". Noelle Seaton was the Agent that became our representative, and we were extremely pleased that she did. My wife and I decided that we were going to look into the possibility of purchasing a condo/townhouse. We had been discussing it as a possibility for a few years down the road, but with prices and interest rates starting to climb we thought we'd look into the possibility now. We had been living in an apartment in Easton for almost a year, but we did not know the area well. We went to this office as it was more centrally located in the Lehigh Valley area. We walked in the office on a Monday afternoon and Noelle happened to be staffing the reception area and she got stuck with us!! Noelle took the time to met with us right then and there and listened to what we were thinking about and our questions. This was not our first real estate purchase (last purchase was in 1997), but it was the first in PA. Just to make the situation all the more interesting, I am working out of town and I was only home for a week. If we were going to make a purchase, we were going to have to look at and decide on a property by Saturday that same week! After our initial meeting, we gave her an opportunity to gather some information and listings to look at. We met with her again later that afternoon and began to formulate a plan to start looking at the properties that she had found for us. What we didn't know until later on, was that in the mean time she had also cleared her schedule and rearranged her own child care arrangements to accomodate our needs! By Wednesday, that week she had us working with a mortgage company (make sure you talk with her about Tim Mittl at Caliber Home Loans), and we were pre-approved and we found a property that we wanted to pursue. Our offer was submitted late Wednesday evening and by Friday morning, we had an accepted offer and we were on our way to homeownership again. Noelle was our guide through the rest of the process and assisted us with picking home inspectors, recommending insurance agents, movers, painters, Radon contractors and such as we went through the process. She also had her hands full with being the communication between us and the seller's incredibly difficult to work with agent. The closing went off as scheduled and we've now moved in. Noelle and her husband joined us for dinner to celebrate the conclusion of the sale and to celebrate the new friendship that has developed from this experience. Please consider Noelle if you have plans to look into real estate in the Bethlehem / Lehigh Valley area, we're sure you won't be disappointed.
