ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working with Noelle as our realtor while searching for a place for my husband to live in Miami. Our main criteria were finding a location that was within our budget, conveniently close to work, and family-friendly for when we are in town. After some searching, we found a newer hotel residency. Nicole ensured that communication with the management and HOA was seamless, even after we moved in and had additional questions. Her understanding and patience (the hotel was still establishing a lot of their residency processes) were invaluable, especially since I was coordinating everything from out of state while my husband was traveling. There were moments when we were tough to reach, but Noelle kept us on track with friendly reminders and check-ins, making sure we didnt miss out on any opportunities. There were also some last-minute requirements for hardcopy signatures from the hotel, and Noelle went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered on time. We couldnt be more grateful for her dedication and support. We highly recommend Noelle to anyone looking for a realtor in the area and will definitely work with her for as long as we are in Florida!

ZillowVERIFIED Love! Love! Love! Noelle is an absolute dream Realtor to have. This woman has gone above and beyond for us like no other. When she told me, we can call her anytime day or night for any question no matter what, she really meant it. We only had 60 days to buy and close on a house and she got it done. She had so much patience with us, and was so kind. If you are looking for a realtor, she is the absolute number #1 .. thank God we found her and we are so grateful and blessed!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Noelle Gellermann to anyone looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional that has the unique ability to work under pressure quickly and efficiently while also maintaining patience, composure and professionalism. Noelle Gellermann was by our side the entire process from start to finish. She was easily and always accessible, as well as honest and transparent, especially during the tense negotiations which was especially important for me during the purchase of our Condo. Noelles ability to meet our demands of an expediated purchase transaction, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude from start to finish was extremely impressive and comforting. She always was able to schedule a viewing of the property even when it was requested it multiple times. I would confidently and highly recommend Noelle Gellermann to anyone looking for a Real Estate Professional in southern Florida.
