Nicole ensured that communication with the management and HOA was seamless, even after we moved in and had additional questions. Her understanding and patience (the hotel was still establishing a lot of their residency processes) were invaluable, especially since I was coordinating everything from out of state while my husband was traveling. There were moments when we were tough to reach, but Noelle kept us on track with friendly reminders and check-ins, making sure we didnt miss out on any opportunities. There were also some last-minute requirements for hardcopy signatures from the hotel, and Noelle went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered on time. We couldnt be more grateful for her dedication and support. We highly recommend Noelle to anyone looking for a realtor in the area and will definitely work with her for as long as we are in Florida!
