When I told him that I was getting ready to list my home, but not just yet, he immediately began his market research and within 30 minutes I knew what other homes were for sale in my neighborhood, their asking price, and how long they had been on the market. When I did list my home, a short time later, he moved fast on everything! He is great at explaining how things work in the world of Real Estate and I was able to complete most of the paperwork online. Mr. Flores sold my mobile home about five years ago. Recently, he sold my three-bedroom home in one day!!! After the first showing, I had a full price offer! I have recommended Mr. Flores to my friends and will continue to recommend Mr. Flores to anyone who asks!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Flores was wonderful to work with in the sale of my mobile home. I first met him a couple of years ago when he was selling my neighbors double-wide mobile home. My neighbor had listed her mobile with another realtor for 12 months. In that time, the home was not even shown once and the realtor also lost the key--I had to get a copy made for him, though he never even picked it up. Once her home was listed with Mr. Flores, it was sold, at a good price, within 3 months. Fast forward a couple of years. I too, first listed my home with another realtor (because I knew her) but only for 6 months. In that time span she showed the home a few times. She got one verbal offer, which I do not recommend as good business practice, but it fell through. After my 6 month listing was up, I called Mr. Flores. He immediately got things going. On the first day we met to sign the realty agreement, it was POURING rain but Mr. Flores not only drove through the downpour for the meeting in the first place, but he walked around the outside of the mobile, getting thoroughly soaked in the process, to check a few things. It took 6 months to sell the mobile but in that time Mr. Flores showed the home at least 10 times and stayed in contact with me throughout the listing. He is very knowledgeable of the market and the buying/selling process, he is able to match buyers with the right home, he has a lot of enthusiasm, and he is wholeheartedly trustworthy. I highly recommend Mr. Flores as a real estate agent for anyone in the Rio Grande Valley.
