ZillowVERIFIED After months of Noah sending me listings and explaining all the different areas in Central Oregon finally drove to Central Oregon with my wife to see the different areas and homes for a few days. We absolutely feel in love with a home he showed us on the second day of viewing with him and decided to make an offer. With the market as crazy as it is, Noah explained that there was three other offers on the property witch was not much of a surprise. Noah advised us to go over the asking price, and adjust our closing date, plus give them extra time to move out witch he wrote up and we had our offer accepted the next day! Noah was great with educating us on all the areas, homes and made our move a lot more pleasant having him answer all our questions and when it came to winning the bidding process showed that he was exceptional and a great realtor.

Even when the homeowner was being less-than-favorable, Mr. von Borstal was on our side, making sure we closed on the house we wanted without being swayed during negotiation.Mr. von Borstal's level of professionalism is beyond comparison. As mentioned prior, being a first-time home buyer, I wasn't sure how to go about getting the house inspected/appraised. Not only did Mr. von Borstal assist in locating an inspector, he was able to come during the inspection and attended the debrief as well, helping me understand the results and their meaning. The highlight of this particular experience was not just being told what was going on but being taught to further my own understanding, something that I value greatly in a professional.He is incredibly personable as well. I think he though that I was questioning his competence.
