Andrew was great. He grabbed the bull by the horns on this one. I thought signing with a realtor was going to be a waste money but I as I wrong. I wasted lots of time trying to list my house for sale by owner, dead end after dead end, buyers promising me a dream that amount to anything other than wasted time and money. After meeting Andrew, I knew he was the one. I quickly felt comfortable enough to sign the sales contract. I instantly felt less stressed. He wasted no time by going straight to work. His photographer was there the same day and the listing went live the next day! Then the real action started, offers starting to pour in! Andrew has a great team with lots of resources and great strategies. He screened each buyer to make sure they stood behind their offer. He was in contact with lenders, attorneys, realtors, appraisers, inspectors, he even got my fire certificate. He kept me updated daily on progress, he fought for me, he kept the ball rolling! I highly recommend Andrew and will use him again! Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Andrew. He was patient and understanding he went out of his way multiple times and had my back entire time in relation to my sale as well as transitioning into a condo!
