ZillowVERIFIED Nitan and his team did an amazing job handling the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new home. It was a long arduous process (almost 2 years!) that he consistently stuck by us. His guidance and support was always delivered with equal parts of patience and candor. His consistent motivation and well timed check ins got us through what could be a very stressful time.Nitan met each member of our family and made sure to identify and include each person's input in this search. His confidence calmed our nerves and his humor kept us well grounded! In addition, we couldn't have asked for better attention and competence from his well assembled and trained team - each member working together seamlessly from start to finish. This level of professionalism is unmatched! A great realtor is one that shakes your hand at the closing and you're sorry to see them go. What makes an exceptional realtor is one that continues to check in throughout the move and after. Nitan is so much more than our real estate advisor. He is our friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Nitan did a great job selling our house in Milton. He is particularly adept at explaining the market and seeking creative solutions. In addition to being an excellent agent, Nitan is a great guy, caring, easy to talk to and pays attention to what we say. When a misunderstanding occassionally happened (as it always does with humans), he was quick to correct course when we pointed it out. We felt heard. We would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I have just completed my fourth transaction with Nitan Soni. This in itself speaks volumes about Nitans proficiency, professionalism and eye for precision. Nitans knowledge of the local market, pricing strategy, and strong negotiation skills were integral in marketing and selling my home. From providing pricing recommendations to virtual staging, I was very pleased with the speed in which Nitan and his team were able to sell my home. Nitan has represented me on both the buyer and seller side, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and The Nitan Soni Group for your next real estate transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED Nitan was a super responsive partner in the purchasing process. We were purchasing a second home and having to conduct a great deal of business from out of state. Nitan helped to remove all barriers, stepping in to handle local tasks that saved us time and money. The thing that struck me about Nitan, was that it is clear that he is invested in his clients (treating us as family), his community (giving back through service), and his own personal growth.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had to deal with selling my uncles house in Delaware due to his untimely passing. We live in Michigan and not being local to Delaware we of course didn't know of any realtors in the area. Fortunately a dear friend of my uncles recommended Nitan. We also interviewed 3 other realtors. Nitan stood out as someone who had the experience and expertise to guide us through this process. He assisted us with getting the contents of the house removed, getting the outside of the house cleaned up and made more presentable and even had the air conditioning repaired last minute the day of the closing. The virtual staging and photographs of the house were absolutely stunning. He worked with us to get what we feel was a very fair price for the house. Our entire family is grateful for the help and assistance Nitan and his team gave us during this difficult transition. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Nitan did an absolute amazing job negotiating, responding in a timely manner, and also having a pulse on the local listings in the area that we shopped. This is the second time I've used The Nitan Soni Group and both times went above and beyond expectations. We chose him specifically because of his depth of knowledge and connection to the community where we wanted to move. He knew about listings even before they hit the market and surprisingly he knew our preferences so well he found us a house on the first showing. Bravo!

ZillowVERIFIED Nitan Soni Group family is a great name for a business and gives you a sense of warmth and comfort when you read it or you see it. Well they are that and more. We came to DE/Milton just over a year ago and started the process of looking to make this our new home and well Nitan and his group welcomed us with open arms an honesty the likes of which i have not seen in the industry in years. My wife and I have purchased a total of 4 homes separately and this being our 5th house 1st together, our buying and searching experience could not have been easier and by far the best buying experience you could have when searching for a house. What they do for you is priceless and they treat you like family. Calls returned in minutes and usually seconds. When they tell you they will return an email or text or call its done. They say buying a house can be one of the most stressful and yes exciting moments in a person/couples life well if you have to opportunity to purchase a house from the Nitan Soni FAMILY you will not in anyway shape or form be disappointed because they make you feel like you are the only person they are working for. By far the greatest buying experience we have ever had.
