Straight forward, honest and knowledgeable, Nino was instrumental when my family was looking to buy a home while keeping as many of our kids in the same schools. He took me out one Friday with a list of 8 homes that fit the bill, and we looked at every house and he pointed out the good and bad of each one. We met Nino Pascolati about a year ago by referral from a 1031 Exchange company in Southern CA. He was one of three top brokers recommended to us, as we were selling a rental property in El Centro, and planning to purchase a duplex in the Modesto area with the proceeds. We successfully completed the 1031 Exchange into a Modesto duplex that was found by Nino.
