Nina Skelton

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Get in touch with a lender to start the pre-approval process!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Tidy up first! It is always smart to to do a pre-listing inspection/clean up in order to get top dollar.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I have worked with people from all walks of life. No matter who you are or where you came from purchasing a home is achievable with the right guidance and I can help get you there :)

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a couple get way more than they expected on the sell of their home because we split the property into two tracks and sold them individually.. Even though it took much longer than it would have originally taken the sellers netted a lot more money and at the end of the day that's what's most important!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have always loved looking at homes and the unique differences in each property. My fondness of the individual beauty of each property geared me towards starting my real estate journey..

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I did cold sales for 5 years and succeeding in that rigorous industry has made me a stronger negotiator which in turn benefits my buyers and sellers.

Nina is the best. She came out and was very upfront and honest about my property. She helped me figure out the best way to sell my property and answered all of my questions. She did all of my closing for me and everything ran smoothly she was with me throughout the whole process.

Nina recently helped us close on a very challenging property that had been sitting idle for almost a year. It sold within 2 months of her involvement. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Nina is a professional Realtor who pays attention to the fine details of getting the home and property you want. Very knowledgeable about the real-estate market and industry. She also took time to find the just right home for both me and my furry! That speaks volumes of her expertise. I really appreciated her concerns of making sure I understood the process. Most of all, her timely communications are on point. She is tops!

I am a 73 year old working Grandmother and Great Grandmother buying a house for the first time. This young lady was a Godsend she was professional, understanding and listened. She knew what I wanted and once she had all the per-tenant information she ran with it and I am now a home owner who is extremely pleased with the outcome. I ended up getting my home way below the asking price saving me money in every direction. This is one happy lady. Thank you, Nina you will go far. If you are out there contemplating a new home call her, she is the best. 5 stars *****
