She was recommended to us by our friends who have worked with her selling and buying a few properties. We started looking at buying our first home in March 2022 which was a highly competitive time, and Nina came prepared with the right attitude to get us into a house. From first interaction, she was very personable and took the time to get to know us and the type of house we were looking for. She was very responsive during the whole process and great at doing her due diligence on houses we were viewing online to help streamline showings. We looked at 46 houses in-person in 6 weeks! (And put in 6 offers - it was a crazy time to buy!) As showings went on, she was quick to pickup our likes and dislikes, and would push us when we needed it, or reigned us in (when we felt desperate) with her knowledge and experience of buying and selling homes. ZillowVERIFIED I had the most difficult of selling situations for any Realtor. I was listing my home in November 2019, the worst time of year. I had the highest price home in the neighborhood (sold for $750,000) due to the significant amount of remodeling I had done. The average price in my neighborhood was $550,000-$650,000. Nina did the best marketing of any Realtor I have ever worked with and Ive bought and sold over 30 houses in the last 23 years in Texas, working with numerous Realtors. Nina had the difficult task of marketing all the home upgrades to buyers agents and informing the appraiser of all the unique features of the house. In the end we had 3 offers at $750,000 within 30 days of listing. This was an almost impossible undertaking for most Realtors to achieve, even in the Denver market.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive never worked with a realtor who works as hard as Nina does for the client. My house was staged perfectly (1st mo of staging is included in her commission), Nina followed up with the selling realtor after every showing and she held open houses. I had already moved due to job transfer so Nina went to my house regularly to make sure things were in order, let me know when the lawn needed mowed etc. She wasnt above pulling weeds (yes she even pulled weeds) before I could get a service to manage my lawn and flower beds. Nina actively sold my house didnt just wine and dine me until her sign went in the front yard, she works really hard for the seller. I know Im money ahead because of her.
